Troubleshooting
E0C09 Noise due to fan operation
[Cause]
Noise is generated from the fan and the bearing inside the fan is damaged.
[How to Check]
1. Check the cable connection state of the corresponding fan.
2. Replace the corresponding fan.
[Measures]
1. Check the cable connection state of the corresponding fan.
2. Replace the corresponding fan.
E0C0A Other noise
[Cause]
Defective connection of docking cart/tray.
Defective maintenance.
Foreign materials are jammed in the lead screw and LM Guide.
Impact noise occurs during operation due to a problem in securing the flat cable.
Impact noise occurs during operation due to a worn cableveyor.
Inappropriate servo gain, wear, loosening and twisting due to a change in the condition
of the mechanism.
Defective grease application/injection.
A parameter setup error occurred.
The ball screw is damaged.
Interference with the magnet/motor coil occurred.
[How to Check]
1. Check whether the main pneumatic pressure is 4.5 ~ 5.5bar.
2. Check whether air leaks from the pneumatic line. (Check the air pressure at the end
as well as air leak and noise.)
3. Check the operation state of the docking cart solenoid valve.
4. Check the docking cart for slow docking and undocking and problems with the
clamping force.
Check whether there are any foreign materials, etc. which are stuck to the fan blade.
Check whether the fan rotating axis is shaking due to wear.
Check the state of grease application to the lead screw groove visually.
Check the state of grease application to the LM Guide groove visually.

Check visually whether any foreign materials are jammed between the lead screw and
LM Guide.
Check whether any impact noise is heard from the flat cable when operating the
machine.
Check whether any abnormal noise is heard when operating or stopping the machine.
Check the state of grease application to the LM Guide and ball screw groove visually.
Adjust the parameter referring to the parameter adjustment instructions and check the
noise.
Move the head and gantry manually and check whether the ball rolls uniformly.
Check the state of grease application to the LM Guide and ball screw groove visually.
[Measures]
1. Adjust the main regulator to adjust the pneumatic pressure level to the STW
standard.
2. Reassemble or replace the fittings and tubes from which air leaks out.
3. If the solenoid valve operates abnormally when applying a signal, check the cable
and replace the solenoid.
4. Regulate the rate of incoming flow into the cylinder using the speed controller.
1. Check for foreign materials and remove them if any.
2. Replace the fan.
Apply grease to the lead screw.
Inject or apply grease to the LM Guide.
Remove foreign materials.
Reassemble the flat cable.
If the servo gain is inappropriate, adjust it.
When there is a worn part, replace it with a normal one.
Reassemble the loosened or twisted part.
Apply or inject grease to the LM Guide again.
Download the parameter again and modify the specific parameter again.
Replace and assemble the ball screw.
