Troubleshooting
Check all screws with a torque wrench of 140kgf/cm and tighten any that have
loosened.
Reassemble the cable connected to the EMG of the MC1 and MC2.
Set the Twin Servo Board Dip Switch again.
Replace the Axis Sensor Board.
Replace the fuse in the safety control board and DC power board.
It is recommended that the AVR be used.
Replace the Servo Motor.
Reassemble the EMG terminal.
Replace the Y Motor.
Replace the Y-axis Servo Driver.
E0D08 Excessive skew occurs when operating the Y-axis
[Cause]
Defective system data
Defective Y1 Servo Driver
Environment has been changed.
Defective servo driver and defective contact due to equipment vibration (unknown
cause)
[How to Check]
1. Check the grease application state.
2. Move the X frame in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check for any
problems with the movement)
3. Using the jog box, move the X frame in the Y direction in the Ready On state
(Check for any problems with the movement)
4. Perform skew compensation.
5. Check the operation state of the Servo Driver, Coupling, Motor and Ball Screw in
order.
[Measures]
Perform calibration.
Replace the Rear Motor Y1 Servo Driver.
Home all axes and perform skew calibration.
Reassemble the power connector at the R-Y2 Servo Driver.
