7) Once the assembling is completed, turn on the main switch on the front of the machine
and boot the PC.

5.8. R Axis Motor / Belt / Sensor
5.8.1. Required Tools
T wrench (other tools supplied) or hex wrench
Gear wrench or torque wrench
5.8.2. Motor Replacement Procedure
1) Manipulate the teaching box to move the head module to the front.
2) Close the PC as usual and turn off the main switch at the front of the machine.
3) In order to secure the work space, remove the illumination section referring to the
illumination section replacement procedure.
4) Unscrew the fixing bolts(4-M3*6) securing the light cover using a hex wrench and
remove it.
5) Unscrew the fixing bolts(3-M3*6) securing motor plate using a hex wrench and
remove it.

6) When replacing the timing belt, replace the belt with a new one.
Ref The part number of the new belt is J66021183A.
7) When assembling, refer to the following.
Belt Tension : 409~467Hz

8) When replacing the sensor, unscrew the fixing bolts(2-M2*6) securing the sensor and
remove it.
