Measurement value after adjustment: 165Hz ~ 185Hz
Check the parameter.
Modify the parameter as follows:
#12: 812
#14: 7550
#1D: 550650
#1E: 21
Check the upper part of the Y-axis frame.
(Connect one set of the green connector pin of the motor power cable connector)
Replace the R-Stepping Driver.
Reassemble the connector connecting the flat cable between the motor drive and head.
Replace the Right Head Board Bracket.
Set the Z-axis offset again and apply grease.
E0C01 Noise occurred to the X-axis [Warm up the specific area in which vibration occurs and
press Ready button]
[Cause]
Working environment has been changed according to the workplace conditions
Grease is hardened at the X-axis ball screw hole.
The grease on the X-axis ball screw has turned black.
A machine with 3 phase and 220V was delivered. However, since it was operated with
3 phase and 380V after electrical work, a problem occurred to the driver.
With the X-axis Inner Guide-Mat being folded, friction between the Inner Guide-Mat
and the flat cable caused a noise.
Defective X-axis motor
[How to Check]
1. Check the grease application status (existence of grease and discoloration).
2. Check the status of the movement in the X direction in the Ready Off state (check
for any problems with the movement).
3. Using the jog box, check the status of the movement in the X direction in the Ready
On state. (Check for any problems with the movement)
4. Modify the Servo Driver Parameter (refer to the range of modification separately).
5. After replacing the Servo Driver, Coupling, Motor and Ball Screw in order, test
them.
[Measures]
Modify the Servo Driver Parameter setup values as follows:

#29: 2 1 ,
#2A: 30 40 50
Remove the grease at the X-axis ball screw hole completely and apply grease again.
Replace the X-axis ball screw.
Replace the X-axis Servo Driver.
Readjust and reassemble the Inner Guide-Mat position.
Replace the X-axis motor.
E0C02 Noise and vibration occurred to the Y-axis
[Cause]
Stiff ball screw movement, defective ball screw.
Y-axis ball screw is not secured.
(Bearing fell out due to the Snap Ring falling out.)
Working environment has been changed according to the workplace conditions.
Defective Y-axis Servo Driver
Defective ball screw assembly parallelism, defect of ball screw itself and bearing wear
of the Y-axis support unit.
Defective Y-axis support unit.
A problem occurred to the ball screw assembly parallelism.
[How to Check]
1. Check the grease application status.
2. Check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)
4. Using the jog box, check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready
On state (Check for any problems with the movement)
5. Check the Servo Driver operation status (applied when it is necessary to modify the
parameter).
6. Check the operation state of the Servo Driver, Coupling, Motor and Ball Screw in
order.
[Measures]
Replace the Y-axis ball screw.
Reassemble the bearing and snap ring.
Modify the Servo Driver parameter. (2A: 30 60)
Replace the Y-axis Servo Driver.

Replace the Y1 support unit bearing and support unit, reassemble the Y1 and Y2 ball
screws, and perform calibration.
Replace the support unit.
Reassemble the ball screw.
E0C03 Vacuum Generator Noise
[Cause]
The head filter case is damaged.
Defective vacuum generator (moisture penetration, etc.).
[How to Check]
1. Check the head for air leaking noise or check a specific head for low vacuum.
2. Clean and check the air line of the corresponding head.
3. Check the solenoid valve of the corresponding head.
1. Check the head for air leaking noise or check a specific head for low vacuum.
2. Clean and check the air line of the corresponding head.
3. Check the solenoid valve of the corresponding head.
4. Replace the vacuum generator.
[Measures]
Replace the vacuum filter case.
Replace the vacuum generator.
E0C04 Air leaks from the Air Regulator
[Cause]
The Air Regulator has been damaged.
Defective assembling of the Air Regulator.
Moisture or oil is discharged from the mist separator.
Defective main Air Regulator Black.
A problem occurred to the Mist Separator.
[How to Check]
1. Check the Air Regulator for air leaking noise.
2. Clean and reassemble the Air Regulator.
3. Replace the Air Regulator.
1. Check whether moisture or oil is carried over from the compressor.
(When repairing or replacing the compressor, moisture or oil is carried over from the
compressor.)
