Remove the grease at the X-axis ball screw hole completely and apply grease again.
Replace the X-axis ball screw.
Replace the X-axis Servo Driver.
Readjust and reassemble the Inner Guide-Mat position.
Replace the X-axis motor.
E0C02 Noise and vibration occurred to the Y-axis
[Cause]
Stiff ball screw movement, defective ball screw.
Y-axis ball screw is not secured.
(Bearing fell out due to the Snap Ring falling out.)
Working environment has been changed according to the workplace conditions.
Defective Y-axis Servo Driver
Defective ball screw assembly parallelism, defect of ball screw itself and bearing wear
of the Y-axis support unit.
Defective Y-axis support unit.
A problem occurred to the ball screw assembly parallelism.
[How to Check]
1. Check the grease application status.
2. Check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)
4. Using the jog box, check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready
On state (Check for any problems with the movement)
5. Check the Servo Driver operation status (applied when it is necessary to modify the
parameter).
6. Check the operation state of the Servo Driver, Coupling, Motor and Ball Screw in
order.
[Measures]
Replace the Y-axis ball screw.
Reassemble the bearing and snap ring.
Modify the Servo Driver parameter. (2A: 30 60)
Replace the Y-axis Servo Driver.

E0C04 Air leaks from the Air Regulator
[Cause]
The Air Regulator has been damaged.
Defective assembling of the Air Regulator.
Moisture or oil is discharged from the mist separator.
Defective main Air Regulator Black.
A problem occurred to the Mist Separator.
[How to Check]
1. Check the Air Regulator for air leaking noise.
2. Clean and reassemble the Air Regulator.
3. Replace the Air Regulator.
1. Check whether moisture or oil is carried over from the compressor.
(When repairing or replacing the compressor, moisture or oil is carried over from the
compressor.)
