8.1. Cylinder

8.1.1. Required Tools

 T Wrench (other tools supplied) or Hex Wrench

 Torque Wrench

8.1.2. Air Cylinder Replacement Procedure

1) Manipulate the teaching box to move the head assembly to both ends as much as

possible.

2) Manipulate the teaching box to increase the conveyor width.

3) Unscrew the fixing screws (8-M4*8) securing the Back Up Plate and remove it.

4) Remove the air tube connected to the cylinder fitting.

5) Unscrew the fixing screws (M4-4) that secure the cylinder to the upper driving link
