Troubleshooting
Check whether the MMI versions of the machines in the line are same
[Measures]
Maintain the MMI SW version of the machines in the same line to be identical.
E0717 The buzzer sounds continuously with the MMI being closed after a message was
generated during operation
[Cause]
Infected by a virus
[How to Check]
Perform a virus check of the HDD to check whether it has been infected. Format the
HDD and perform HDD recovery. Then reinstall the MMI and check whether the same
problem occurs
[Measures]
After removing the memory of the SBC board, insert it again, and insert the SBC
board into the vision board connector properly.
Then insert the vision board into the back plane board slot and after booting it,
perform a virus check to determine whether it is infected by a virus. After formatting
the HDD, perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI.
E0718 When booting the machine, the login password input window is displayed. When a
password is inputted, the ‘Incorrect Password’ message is indicated and Windows is
not booted
[Cause]
The Windows booting file is infected by a virus
[How to Check]
Perform a virus check of the HDD to check whether it has been infected. Format the
HDD and perform HDD recovery. Then reinstall the MMI and check whether the same
problem occurs

The feeder position is not set correctly or the System Factory Constant is set
incorrectly.
[How to Check]
After checking whether the feeder position is set correctly, check whether the No. 73
item of the System Factory Constants is ‘250’.
[Measures]
Modify the factory constant for the simultaneous pickup of 0603 chips. (No. 73 VERY
SMALL COMPSIZE: 380 250)
E071C Head# Dump Limit Error
[Cause]
The dump box position is set to the position where all heads cannot access
[How to Check]
Check the dump box position setup of the system to check whether it is at a position
where all heads can access it
[Measures]
Add and use new dump box at a position where all heads can access it.

The connector length is longer than the dump box width
