Troubleshooting
E0C09 Noise due to fan operation
[Cause]
Noise is generated from the fan and the bearing inside the fan is damaged.
[How to Check]
1. Check the cable connection state of the corresponding fan.
2. Replace the corresponding fan.
[Measures]
1. Check the cable connection state of the corresponding fan.
2. Replace the corresponding fan.
E0C0A Other noise
[Cause]
Defective connection of docking cart/tray.
Defective maintenance.
Foreign materials are jammed in the lead screw and LM Guide.
Impact noise occurs during operation due to a problem in securing the flat cable.
Impact noise occurs during operation due to a worn cableveyor.
Inappropriate servo gain, wear, loosening and twisting due to a change in the condition
of the mechanism.
Defective grease application/injection.
A parameter setup error occurred.
The ball screw is damaged.
Interference with the magnet/motor coil occurred.
[How to Check]
1. Check whether the main pneumatic pressure is 4.5 ~ 5.5bar.
2. Check whether air leaks from the pneumatic line. (Check the air pressure at the end
as well as air leak and noise.)
3. Check the operation state of the docking cart solenoid valve.
4. Check the docking cart for slow docking and undocking and problems with the
clamping force.
Check whether there are any foreign materials, etc. which are stuck to the fan blade.
Check whether the fan rotating axis is shaking due to wear.
Check the state of grease application to the lead screw groove visually.
Check the state of grease application to the LM Guide groove visually.
