Troubleshooting
E0702 The Assert error occurred while loading the PCB program
[Cause]
Optimizer feeder base setup error
[How to Check]
When running the optimizer, check error messages as well as the setups for the
optimizer.
[Measures]
Educate users regarding how to use the optimizer.
E0703 Assert[O] error occurred (File. Common.MmiRT Comm. DPRAM -.Struct.h Line
145)
[Cause]
The system file was damaged after being infected by a virus
[How to Check]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI. Then check whether the same problem
occurs
[Measures]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI.
E0704 The monitor image is turned off intermittently and discolored, and the screen vibrates
[Cause]
The cable connecting the vision board (VGA connector) is not properly connected
Incorrect touch panel setup
Defective touch panel
[How to Check]
Check whether the cable connecting the vision board (VGA connector) and touch
panel is properly connected. If it has a problem, replace the cable and check whether
the same problem occurs
Check whether the touch panel color is correct
Replace the touch panel and check whether the same problem occurs
[Measures]
Replace the cable connecting the vision board (VGA connector) and touch panel.
Execute the function to adjust the touch panel color automatically.
Replace the touch panel.

E0705 The optimizer is shut down while running it
[Cause]
PCB file is damaged.
When exporting the corresponding PCB file, converting it to an SSA file, and
importing and checking the file again, a section with blanks (Ref./Part Name) appears
among the Step coordinates.
[How to Check]
When running the optimizer, check error messages and when converting the file,
check that only the Step coordinates are applied.
[Measures]
After inputting all items so that there are no blanks, run the optimizer.
E0706 An error occurred when executing a command from the optimizer
[Cause]
An error occurred to the Part DB file.
[How to Check]
When running the optimizer, check error messages and check whether the Part DB is
correct.
[Measures]
Merge the Part DB of other machines in the same line.
E0707 An error occurred when downloading a PCB file after running the optimizer (due to
one of the following reasons).
[Cause]
An error occurred to the Sopti.exe file.
[How to Check]
After checking whether there are any placement points out of placement area, if there
are no problems, overwrite the PCB file with a normal Sopti.exe file and check
whether the same problem occurs.
[Measures]
Modify the information of any placement points incorrectly set at a position out of the
placement area or overwrite the PCB file with the normal Sopti.exe file.
E0708 An error occurs where the size of a certain part exceeds the FOV when running the
optimizer
[Cause]
The part size exceeds a size that can be recognized by the camera.
[How to Check]

17-19
Troubleshooting
When running the optimizer, check error messages and check whether there are any
parts whose size exceeds the part size that can be recognized by the camera.
[Measures]
Change the type of camera recognizing parts to one that can recognize the
corresponding part and run the optimizer.
E0709 When running the optimizer, the Download Manager Mode is disabled
[Cause]
The MMI system file is infected by a virus.
[How to Check]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI and then check whether the same
problem occurs.
[Measures]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI.
E070A After running the optimizer, exit the MMI by force
[Cause]
The Sopti.exe file is infected by a virus or an optimizer file whose version does not
match the currently installed MMI exists.
[How to Check]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI, and then check whether the same
problem occurs.
[Measures]
Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI. Then install an optimizer that matches
the MMI version.
E070B An error occurred when running the optimizer after importing the Txt file (A
Windows system error happened during the operation. Please save the PCB file and
reboot the machine.
[Cause]
After registering the part, the part data is not saved.
[How to Check]
After checking error messages when running the optimizer, check whether there is any
unregistered part data.
[Measures]
After registering the unregistered part data, save it.
