E0903 Defective PCB width adjustment – PCB dropped/ PCB jammed/unable to transfer the
PCB
[Cause]
E0903Defective PCB width adjustment – PCB dropped/ PCForeign materials exist on/
around the conveyor axisB jammed/unable to transfer the PCB
The conveyor width margin is not properly set
The conveyor calibration is not performed
[How to Check]
Check for any foreign materials on/around the conveyor axis
Check the conveyor width margin setup
Perform conveyor calibration and check whether the same problem occurs
[Measures]
Remove the foreign materials on/around the conveyor axis and apply grease to it.
Modify the conveyor width margin.
Perform the conveyor calibration.
E0904 PCBs are not fed or discharged
[Cause]
Defective Base Control board
Defective interface connection with other machines and setup
[How to Check]
Check the input state of the 24V power supply of the base control board (LED being
turned on), and after checking the output voltage (24V) of the power supply, replace
the base control board and check whether the same problem occurs.
Check the SMEMA cable to find whether the interface is properly connected with
other machine (24v, )
[Measures]
Replace the Base Control board.
Set the interface signal with machines supplied by other companies again.
E0905 The PCB is jammed in the placement range
[Cause]
The left and right widths of the front and rear frames of the conveyor work zone differ
significantly when adjusting the width
[How to Check]
Check whether the front and rear frames of the conveyor are parallel. Then check
whether the width adjustment axis and conveyor frame form a right angle

Troubleshooting
[Measures]
Reassemble the ball screw of the width adjustment axis and perform conveyor
calibration.
E0906 Abnormal belt tension
[Cause]
The belt is overloaded or vibrates due to insufficient belt tension
[How to Check]
Check whether the belt tension is appropriate
[Measures]
Adjust the belt tension to the standard tension.
E0907 Incorrect conveyor parameter setup
[Cause]
The conveyor parameters in the System Setup menu are set incorrectly
[How to Check]
Check whether the conveyor parameters are set to suit the machine in the Conveyor
submenu of the System Setup menu
[Measures]
Change the system conveyor option to 'Long Conveyor'.
E0908 A PCB does not stop at the normal position
[Cause]
The distance between the stopper and sensor is incorrectly set
Defective PCB detection sensor
The weight of the PCB is greater than 4kg or PCB material is defective.
Defective idler
[How to Check]
Check whether the distance between the stopper and sensor is properly set
Check whether the PCB detection sensor operates properly
Check that the PCB weight meets the machine specification (max 4kg)
Check whether the idler works properly
[Measures]
Teach the distance between the stopper and sensor again.
Replace the PCB detection sensor.
Use PCBs meeting the correct specifications.

Replace the idler.
E0909 When transferring PCBs from the previous machine to the entry station, a PCB is
jammed
[Cause]
Interference occurs while transferring the PCB from the previous machine to the
current machine
Defective conveyor belt
Defective step motor
Defective idler
[How to Check]
Check whether interference occurs while transferring the PCB from the previous
machine to the current machine
Check whether the conveyor belt moves properly
Replace the step motor and check whether the same problem occurs
Check whether the idler works properly
[Measures]
Eliminate the cause of the interference that occurred while transferring the PCB from
the previous machine.
Check the conveyor belt condition.
Replace the step motor.
Replace the idler.
E090A Interference occurs while transferring the PCB from the current machine to the next
machine
[Cause]
Interference occurs while transferring the PCB from the current machine to the next
machine
Defective conveyor belt
Defective step motor
Defective idler
[How to Check]
Check whether interference occurs while transferring the PCB from the current
machine to the next machine
Check whether the conveyor belt moves properly
Replace the step motor and check whether the same problem occurs
Check whether the idler works properly
