5. Check the SBC Board assembling and operation state.
6. Check the CAN Master Board assembling and operation state.
7. Check the Back Plane Board assembling and operation state.
[Measures]
Replace the CAN Master Board.
Remove the PCI, CAN Master DPRam Cable and SBC Board. Then clean and
reassemble them.

Check the alarm code
