(Check other related items.)
[Measures]
When checking the Mini Amp Alarm Code, reassemble the "16" Overload "21"(Enc
communication error) Encoder and power cable connector.
Perform the setting of the ANC nozzles again.
Replace and calibrate the Z-motor.
Reassemble the CN8 cable in the SEDES Slave Board and SEDES CN2 and 8 cable
connectors.
Set the part thickness, as well as the backup pin position and height.
Replace the servo driver.
Install the local power supply AVR.
Replace the SEDES board.
Replace the flat cable assembly.
Perform the Axis Home Calibration and set the limit.
Reassemble the Head Z-axis belt fixing bracket.
Replace the 24V power supply.

SM48X.)
[How to Check]
1. Check the assembling state of the DES board cable.
2. Check the operation state of the SEDES board.
3. Check the state of the Servo Driver Board and related cables.
4. Check the operation state of the corresponding axis motor.
(Check the I/O operation state as well as the resistance of the power supply section.)
5. Check the operation state of the SEDES Slave Board.
[Measures]
Reassemble the F-SEDES-CN8 cable connected to the X7143N SEDES board.
Replace the X7043 SEDES Board.
Replace the Z-axis motor and calibrate it.
Reassemble the Head I/F Board power supply cable and connector.
Replace the SEDES Slave Board.
E0A03 Axis $A homing error - AMP, AMP, index mark, auxiliary home sensor …
[Cause]
The serial cables (CN2, CN8) connecting SEDES slaves are defective.
(Applicable only to SM series machines excluding the DECAN F2, SLM, SM471 and
SM48X.)
The contact of the serial cables (CN2, CN8) connecting SEDES slaves is defective.
The 24V (PS2) power supply does not work since a short-circuit occurred to the right
board with one set of probe pins being stuck in the #51 slot of the feeder base.
Defective power supply (no output voltage).
The Z-axis motor does not operate or is defective.
The position of the Z phase of the Z-axis motor has been changed: The Z pulley has
turned.
Defective contact of the Axis Board connector.
Defective Head R-axis sensor.
The connector of the cable supplying power to the R Stepping Driver is not properly
connected.
[How to Check]
1. Check the state of the physical movement of the corresponding axis.
2. Check the assembling state of the SEDES Board cables.

Troubleshooting
3. Check the operation state of the Servo Motor Driver.
4. Check the output voltage of the 24V power supply.
5. Check the operation state of the Axis Sensor (including I/O).
6. Check the operation state of the Axis Sensor Board.
[Measures]
Clean the pins in the serial cables (CN2, CN8) connecting SEDES slaves and
assemble them again.
When checking the SEDES Board, replace the mini Amp with yellow lamp turned on
and input the parameter.
Remove the probe pin in the front feeder base.
Replace the 24V power supply.
Replace the Z-axis motor.
Reassemble the Z-axis motor pulley and set the limit again.
Connect the Axis Board connector again.
Replace the Head R-axis sensor.
Connect the connector [CN10] of the cable supplying power from the Safety Control
Board to R Stepping Driver.
E0A04 A pneumatic system error occurred before (while) the Warning Head 1 picked up a
part
[Cause]
Vacuum level has been changed due to environmental change (dust).
The coil tube connection is clogged by foreign material (1005 R-Chip) (the vacuum
level is higher than that of other head).
Vacuum leak due to a damaged head filter case and fitting.
Defective Vacuum Generator. (The vacuum level of the Vacuum Generator is lower by
approximately 100mmhg.)
[How to Check]
1. Check the vacuum level change (clogging, fouling).
2. Clean the vacuum line (check whether the filter case is damaged).
3. Set the nozzle vacuum again.
4. Check whether the Vacuum Generator is contaminated.
[Measures]
Click System->Head->Set Nozzle Vacuum and set the nozzle vacuum again.
Click Device->Nozzle (CN065)->Ref.open level: 390 and change the value to 490.
After cleaning the head (Coil Tube, Ball Spline), perform normal operation.
