Troubleshooting
3. Check the operation state of the Servo Motor Driver.
4. Check the output voltage of the 24V power supply.
5. Check the operation state of the Axis Sensor (including I/O).
6. Check the operation state of the Axis Sensor Board.
[Measures]
Clean the pins in the serial cables (CN2, CN8) connecting SEDES slaves and
assemble them again.
When checking the SEDES Board, replace the mini Amp with yellow lamp turned on
and input the parameter.
Remove the probe pin in the front feeder base.
Replace the 24V power supply.
Replace the Z-axis motor.
Reassemble the Z-axis motor pulley and set the limit again.
Connect the Axis Board connector again.
Replace the Head R-axis sensor.
Connect the connector [CN10] of the cable supplying power from the Safety Control
Board to R Stepping Driver.
E0A04 A pneumatic system error occurred before (while) the Warning Head 1 picked up a
part
[Cause]
Vacuum level has been changed due to environmental change (dust).
The coil tube connection is clogged by foreign material (1005 R-Chip) (the vacuum
level is higher than that of other head).
Vacuum leak due to a damaged head filter case and fitting.
Defective Vacuum Generator. (The vacuum level of the Vacuum Generator is lower by
approximately 100mmhg.)
[How to Check]
1. Check the vacuum level change (clogging, fouling).
2. Clean the vacuum line (check whether the filter case is damaged).
3. Set the nozzle vacuum again.
4. Check whether the Vacuum Generator is contaminated.
[Measures]
Click System->Head->Set Nozzle Vacuum and set the nozzle vacuum again.
Click Device->Nozzle (CN065)->Ref.open level: 390 and change the value to 490.
After cleaning the head (Coil Tube, Ball Spline), perform normal operation.

Fast & Flexible Chip Shooter DECAN F2 Service Manual
Replace the Vacuum Generator.
Click System->Head->Set Nozzle Vacuum and set the nozzle vacuum again.
E0A05 Axis $A Error: Failed to find the Home Sensor
[Cause]
Defective contact due to the cable pin falling out
Defective position of the R-axis Home Sensor and auxiliary Home Sensor of the Head
#
Defective HEAD I/F board
Defective R-axis sensor cable
Short-circuit due to the burning of the general PW connection cable
Defective flat belt assembling
When the error “Failed to find the R-axis home” occurs, the feeder power connection
cable is disconnected.
[How to Check]
1. Check the assembling state of the corresponding axis cables.
2. Check the sensor position and its operation state (I/O operation).
3. Check the operation state of the Head I/F board.
[Measures]
Reassemble the connector pin of the Step Driver - Motor Power Cable.
Reassemble the set screw securing the Ball Spline of the Head #.
Replace the Head I/F Board.
Replace the R-axis Home Sensor.
Replace the general PW connection cable connected to the front main switch.
Replace the flat belt assembly.
Replace the feeder power connection cable.
E0A06 HEAD #3 moves too far out of the part placement point on the PCB
[Cause]
A problem occurred to the system data.
[How to Check]
Apply System Constants 96 and 97.
[Measures]
Change System Constants 96 and 97 (OPT_PART_ALIGN X,Y): Change X from 25
to 40 and Y from 40 to 60 and then perform calibration.

Troubleshooting
E0A07 [EMER] Axis # motor or origin position has been changed
[Cause]
Defective Connector Pin assembling
Motor origin position has been changed (environmental change)
Defective Z-axis motor
[How to Check]
1. Check the assembling state of the corresponding axis connector.
2. Check the motor origin and Z offset.
3. Check the motor operation state of the corresponding axis.
[Measures]
Reassemble the pin to the connector of the Z-axis board.
Calibrate the axis.
Replace the Z-axis and calibrate it.
E0A08 The Head $H picked the part $P at its edge in the feeder $F
[Cause]
A problem occurred to the system data [Calibration Data].
[How to Check]
Check the bending state of the Head Ball Spline.
[Measures]
Calibrate the head.
E0A09 Axis $A home calibration is not calibrated
[Cause]
Origin has been changed.
[How to Check]
Check the Z# home calibration.
[Measures]
Perform the Z# home calibration.
