Troubleshooting
E0E01 The Feeder Unlock Sensor detected a part
[Cause]
Defective setting of the Feeder Unlock Sensor
A part is detected by the Unlock Sensor while transferring the tray pallet since the tray
feeder level is high.
An error occurred to the Move Z setup. (Odd shaped materials for the 16mm feeder
are detected by the Unlock Sensor after pick up.)
A part jumps when it is fed.
Clearance exists between the feeder base and the 12mm SM feeder.
[How to Check]
1. Check the feeder setting (unlocked shutter, etc.).
2. Check the state of the Feeder Unlock Sensor (height and position).
1. Check the Rear Unlock Error when transferring out the tray feeder pallet.
2. Perform the leveling of the tray feeder again.
1. Check the specification of the part to which a Feeder Unlock Error occurs.
2. In the case of special parts, modify the Move Z value.
1. When feeding an odd-shaped part, check whether it jumps.
2. Control the feeding speed with the speed controller of the feeder.
1. When setting the feeder in the feeder base, check whether the feeder is locked.
2. Remove foreign material from the feeder base.
3. Check the Feeder Location Pin and its shape.
[Measures]
Readjust the height of the Feeder Unlock Sensor.
Perform the leveling of the tray feeder again.
Set the Move Z value again (4 8).
Control the feeding solenoid valve so that the part will not jump during feeding.
Replace the Location Pin.
E0E02 An error occurred while changing a nozzle for the head# (Alarm, PUT or GET error)
[Cause]
The head vacuum line is clogged [Vacuum pressure when there is no nozzle:
290mmHg]
The R-axis offset of the Nozzle Holder is incorrect (directional nozzle).
Defective Z-axis offset
The system data is damaged due to the initialization of the head offset.

Fast & Flexible Chip Shooter DECAN F2 Service Manual
The head offset and camera offset is changed.
A pneumatic pressure difference occurred due to the damage of the coil tube.
Impact occurred to the ANC since the shutter opening and closing speed is too fast
(the nozzle is out of its position due to the impact).
Defective ANC movement since a chip entered the ANC.
Defective rotary joint connection (the Head# pneumatic pressure is low when
checking the pneumatic pressure level)
The nozzle is not properly mounted on the ANC.
Defective contact of CN6 and CN5 connectors in the Axis Sensor Board
(In the case of DECAN F2, SLM, SM471 and SM48X, the contact with the Conveyor
I/F Board and ANC sensor cable is defective.)
When the fiducial camera moves to the fiducial disk, it moved to the center of the
fiducial disk but the head failed to move to the center.
Defective ball spline
[How to Check]
1. Run the dialog box for pneumatic pressure diagnosis (check whether it is normal).
2. Clean and check the vacuum line at the head.
3. Check and replace the solenoid valve.
1. When the Z-axis moves down for automatic nozzle change, it collides with the
nozzle.
2. Set the R-axis of the nozzle holder again.
1. Check the rotary joint.
2. Check the ANC position.
3. Set the Z-axis offset in the system.
1. Perform calibration related to the head system.
2. Check the ANC position.
3. Set the Z-axis offset in the system.
1. Run the dialog box for pneumatic pressure diagnosis (check whether it is normal).
2. Check the head air module and tube for air leaks.
1. When operating the shutter manually, check the impact on the shutter.
2. Check and remove foreign materials in the ANC.
3. If the shutter speed is too fast, control it with the ANC Cylinder Speed Controller.
1. Run the dialog box for pneumatic pressure diagnosis (check whether it is normal).
2. Check the rotary joint.
1. Check the ANC nozzle setting.

Troubleshooting
1. Check the manual shutter movement.
2. Check the solenoid valve operation.
3. Check the contact of the Axis Sensor Board Connector.
4. Replace the Axis Sensor Board.
1. After thermal mapping, check whether the head is in normal state.
1. Inspect the corresponding spindle visually.
2. Check whether the spindle center is moved while turning the R-axis manually.
[Measures]
Clean the vacuum air line.
Perform calibration of the R-axis offset.
Perform Z-axis Offset and ANC Origin Z Offset.
Perform calibration of the ANC and head.
Perform calibration of the head.
Replace the coil tube.
Control the air supply quantity with the solenoid valve.
Clean the inside of the ANC.
Reassemble the rotary joint.
After rearranging the nozzles, operate the ANC normally.
Reconnect the CN6 and CN5 connectors in the Axis Sensor Board.
Perform thermal mapping.
Replace the damaged spindle and set the R offset and Z offset again.
E0E03 ANC Cannot open (close) the ANC shutter
[Cause]
Defective ANC Shutter Cylinder
Incorrect ANC Cylinder sensor position
Incorrect ANC fiducial mark position
Defective Nozzle Holder
Defective solenoid valve
Defective cylinder operation
[How to Check]
1. Check for the opening/closing of the ANC shutter.
2. Check the opening/closing speed of the ANC shutter (controlled with the Speed
Controller).
