An alarm occurred to the X-axis.
An overvoltage problem occurred to the main input power supply.
Defective X-axis flat cable
A short-circuit occurred in the flat cable.
The main power supply varies [200V~220V].
A low voltage phenomenon occurs with the main voltage being 340V according to the
machine speed (normal operation of the machine after setting the speed to 80~70%).
[How to Check]
1. Check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)
2. Perform a homing operation test in the Ready On state.
3. Check that under what situation, the alarm occurs.
(Check the IO operation and sensor operation state)
4. Check the Servo Driver operation state.
(Check the assembling state of the power and encoder cables)
5. Check the Servo Motor operation state. (Check the resistance of the power supply
section.)
6. Check the variation of the main voltage.
7. Check the operation state of the related boards.
(SEDES, Twin Servo, Axis Sensor Board, Safety control & DC power board, etc.)
[Measures]
Replace the Motor Servo Driver.
Replace the Servo Motor.
Reassemble the X7043 SEDES Board.
Reassemble the Axis Sensor Board.
Change the wiring of the main input power supply.
Replace the X-axis flat cable. [Monitoring]
Replace the flat cable.
Take measures for the AVR and check it.
Make a request to work on the electrical system by increasing the main voltage to
370V.

An error occurred preventing the gantry from being moved since the gantry limit is not
set.
Defective Servo Driver (Alarm Code "13")
An LM Guide bolt is loosened
Defective contact of the MC1 and MC2 cables
Defective contact of the Twin Servo Board Dip Switch
An error occurred while moving out of the home sensor.
(Applicable only to SM series machines excluding the DECAN F2, SLM, SM471 and
SM48X.)
A resistor chip is damaged in the Axis Sensor Board.
The fuse in the Safety Control and DC Power Boards is short-circuited.
Unstable supply voltage
The Servo Driver Alarm (Alarm Code "21") occurred.
Defective contact of the cable in the EMG terminal
Servo Driver Alarm (Alarm Code "45") occurred.
A problem occurred to the Y-axis Servo Driver.

1. Check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)

After performing the Home Calibration, perform the Limit Calibration.
