[How to Check]
1. Check the status of the movement in the X direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)
2. Perform a homing operation test in the Ready On state.
3. Check under what situation the alarm occurs.
(Check the IO operation and sensor operation state.)
4. Check the Servo Driver operation state.
(Check the assembling state of the power and encoder cables.)
5. Check the Servo Motor operation state. (Check the resistance of the power supply
section.)
6. Check for any variations of the main voltage.
7. Check the operation status of the related boards.
(SEDES, Twin Servo, Axis Sensor Board, Safety control & DC Power board, etc.)
[Measures]
Replace the Axis Sensor Board.
Replace the Safety Control Board.
Reconnect the cable to the Y-axis AMP.
E0D02 Failed to find the fiducial while performing gantry thermal mapping
[Cause]
A recognition error occurred since the fiducial mark is not transparent.
[How to Check]
1. Check the condition of the mapping fiducial mark at the top of the conveyor.
2. Perform calibration.
3. Check the system constant data.
4. Check the Move Camera.
[Measures]
After cleaning the fiducial mark, perform thermal calibration.
E0D03 Gantry Mapping Should be re-Calibrated Calib Position Locks Changed
[Cause]
The Gantry Mapping Position is distorted.
[How to Check]
1. Check the condition of the mapping fiducial mark at the top of the conveyor.
2. Perform calibration.

Troubleshooting
3. Check the system constant data.
4. Check the Move Camera.
[Measures]
Perform the gantry mapping calibration.
E0D04 Failed to find the fiducial while performing gantry mapping
[Cause]
A recognition error occurred due to foreign materials on the fiducial mark at the top of
the conveyor
A recognition error occurred due to the stabbing of the Fiducial disk #5
[How to Check]
1. Check the mapping fiducial mark at the top of the conveyor.
2. Perform calibration.
3. Check the system constant data.
4. Check the Move Camera.
[Measures]
After cleaning the fiducial mark, perform mapping.
Replace the fiducial disk.
E0D05 H/W Limit sensor detected the sensor dog
[Cause]
If the place where a sensor dog is detected by the X and Y limit sensor is contaminated
with grease or dust, the sensor detects it as a sensor dog.
Defective operation of the Axis sensor
[How to Check]
1. Check the limit sensor of the corresponding axis.
2. Check whether the I/O has operated.
[Measures]
Remove any grease and dust on the place where a sensor dog is detected.
Replace the Axis sensor.
E0D06 An alarm is detected from the Axis # X
[Cause]
Defective Motor Servo Driver (Alarm Code "49")
Defective contact of the X7043 SEDES Board
(Applicable only to SM series machines excluding the DECAN F2, SLM, SM471 and

17-62

SM48X.)
An alarm occurred to the X-axis.
An overvoltage problem occurred to the main input power supply.
Defective X-axis flat cable
A short-circuit occurred in the flat cable.
The main power supply varies [200V~220V].
A low voltage phenomenon occurs with the main voltage being 340V according to the
machine speed (normal operation of the machine after setting the speed to 80~70%).
[How to Check]
1. Check the status of the movement in the Y direction in the Ready Off state. (Check
for any problems with the movement)
2. Perform a homing operation test in the Ready On state.
3. Check that under what situation, the alarm occurs.
(Check the IO operation and sensor operation state)
4. Check the Servo Driver operation state.
(Check the assembling state of the power and encoder cables)
5. Check the Servo Motor operation state. (Check the resistance of the power supply
section.)
6. Check the variation of the main voltage.
7. Check the operation state of the related boards.
(SEDES, Twin Servo, Axis Sensor Board, Safety control & DC power board, etc.)
[Measures]
Replace the Motor Servo Driver.
Replace the Servo Motor.
Reassemble the X7043 SEDES Board.
Reassemble the Axis Sensor Board.
Change the wiring of the main input power supply.
Replace the X-axis flat cable. [Monitoring]
Replace the flat cable.
Take measures for the AVR and check it.
Make a request to work on the electrical system by increasing the main voltage to
370V.
E0D07 An alarm is detected from the Axis # Y
[Cause]
