Troubleshooting
[How to Check]
Check whether the sensor dog of the BUT can detect the BUT Up detection sensor by
moving the BUT
Perform a test to determine whether the BUT Up sensor works properly. If it is
defective, replace the sensor and check whether the same problem occurs
Check the code displayed at the BUT Motor Driver for any problem.
Check whether foreign materials exist inside the PCB guide
Check whether the sensor dog is at the normal position
[Measures]
Set the installation height of the BUT Up detection sensor again.
Replace the BUT Up detection sensor.
Replace the BUT Motor Driver.
After removing the PCB guide, remove the foreign materials.
Adjust the position so that the sensor dog will be located at the center of the sensor.
E0802 The stopper Up/Down error occurred
[Cause]
Defective stopper cylinder
Defective Stopper Cylinder Up detection sensor
Defective solenoid valve of the stopper cylinder
[How to Check]
Perform the stopper UP/Down test manually to check whether the cylinder operates
properly. If it has a problem, replace the cylinder and check whether it operates
properly
Check whether the detection sensor detects the stopper when moving the stopper up. If
it has a problem, replace the sensor and check whether the sensor detects the up-
movement of the stopper
Check whether the stopper cylinder solenoid valve operates properly when moving the
stopper up. If it has a problem, replace the solenoid valve and check whether the same
problem occurs
[Measures]
Replace the stopper cylinder.
Replace the Stopper Up detection sensor.
Replace the solenoid valve.

Fast & Flexible Chip Shooter DECAN F2 Service Manual
E0803 Axis homing error – “AMP is not enabled.” (Occurs when the machine is at Ready On
state)
[Cause]
The conveyor system parameter has been set incorrectly
Foreign materials exist on the ball screw of the conveyer width adjustment motor axis
The power cable connector pin of the corresponding axis motor is missing
Defective servo motor drive
The motor power cable and encoder cable are not properly connected
The motor power cable and encoder cable is cut off
[How to Check]
Check whether the PCB is transferred to the rear conveyor during production and
check whether the conveyor setup parameters at the Conveyor submenu of the System
Setup menu are correct
Check whether foreign materials exist on/around the ball screw and LM guide
Check whether the motor power cable connect has no problem
Replace the servo motor driver and check whether the same problem occurs
Check whether the motor power cable and encoder cable are properly connected
Check whether the motor power cable is properly connected. If the cable has a
problem, replace the cable and check whether the same problem occurs
[Measures]
Input the conveyor system parameters correctly. (Front and rear lengths, etc.)
Clean the conveyor ball screw of the width adjustment motor axis and LM guide and
apply grease to it.
Reassemble the cable pin inside the motor power cable connector.
Replace the servo motor drive
Connect the cable again properly.
Replace the BASE_136 cable and BASE_137 cable.
E0804 The error, “The motor or origin position is changed,” occurred
[Cause]
An error in changing the conveyor axis origin position occurred
[How to Check]
Perform conveyor calibration and check whether the same problem occurs
[Measures]
Perform calibration of the corresponding axis.

Troubleshooting
E0805 A part jumps when placing parts
[Cause]
Defective PCB Clamp setup
Defective BUT flatness
[How to Check]
With the PCB being clamped up, check whether there is a clearance between the board
and Clamp Plate.
Check the BUT flatness by attaching an indicator to the gantry.
[Measures]
Set the PCB Clamp correctly.
Reassemble the BUT by maintaining flatness.
E0806 Parts jump while placing them
[Cause]
Defective PCB clamp
Defective BUT flatness
[How to Check]
Check whether there is a clearance between the board and clamp plate with the clamp
being moved up
Attach an indicator on the gantry to check the flatness
[Measures]
Set the PCB clamp properly.
Assemble the BUT maintaining flatness.
