Cutter blade
Cleaning frequency:

How to clean
Cleaning of the cutter blade
Tools to be used: Paint brush
Grease to be used:
6459 grease
* To clean the blade, be sure to wear stab-resistant gloves.
1) Be sure to turn off the power of the machine before cleaning the cutter blade.
2) Wear stab-resistant gloves, and then clean the blade with waste cloth or similar material.
(Apply alcohol to the blade to wipe off deteriorated grease also.)

1) Check to see if there is not any foreign substance such as dust on the load measurement surface.
If there is any foreign substance, clean it.

Recommended solution:
IPA
1) If any dirt and dust is stuck to the topside of the contact, clean it with cloth damped with alcohol. If
dirt or dust is stuck to the topside, the CVS may not be able to check an element normally.
2) If any foreign substance such as an element is caught in the slit section of the contact or around it,
remove it with a tool such as tweezers.
If a foreign substance is caught in such a section, the CVS may not be able to check an element
normally.
When removing a foreign substance, be careful not to damage any bundled wires of the contact.
