Tool to be used: Brush Grease to be used: CG2
1) Apply a light coating of grease (CG2 grease) to the ball screws ① rails.
Apply a light coating of grease (CG2 grease) to the spline shaft axis ②.
After fitting grease to the spline shaft axis sufficiently with moving the Z axis up and down, remove
extra grease with cloth or similar matter so that it cannot be splattered.
CAUTION
Never apply any grease other than CG2 grease to the parts above.
When grease (CG2 grease) is mixed with another type of grease, it may
be separated from the screw, rails or shaft and run down.

1) Move up the support table with the “Manual Control” application, and then apply grease to the entire
surface of the threaded shafts of three ball screws from both sides. There are four ball screws in
case of a machine for an extra-large board.

1) Apply grease to the “bank locating pins” and the “guide shafts.”
2) Apply grease to the pin reception side (of the mounter) of the bank locating pin also.
3) Apply grease to the “bank locating pins” and the “O-ring.”
