Cause: The time required to transport the board between each conveyor exceeded the preset limit. The
appropriate setting is made (1:ON 2:OFF 3:OFF). Three seconds after the deceleration point is activated
the board start point is not on, an alarm occurs and the machine is stopped.
Remedy: Check that there is no board stuck between this point and the previous production stage.

Cause: Stopper alarm. (1:OFF 2:ON 3:OFF) The stopper between each conveyor produced a cycle alarm.
This occurs when the time setting between the leading edge and the leaving edge is not on. After the
stopper moves vertically, the stopper vertical movement check sensor does not activate within 5 seconds to
check the position of the board stopper.
Remedy: Check for obstacles hindering stopper movement. If these obstacles (such as a board) exist,
remove them. If there are no obstacles, check the movement of the stopper at the I/O display, and check
the cancel stopper sensor.

Code: 15010103
Display: Command Error: Prev.
Used by: CP5,GSP5,GP2,GP3,GP551,GP6,IP3
Cause: The operator has attempted to unload or change boards when there is no board. The operator
has attempted to load a board when there is already a board. If there was a board on the conveyor the
machine attempted to load the board. If there was no board, the machine attempted to clear off the board.
Remedy: Use the correct command based on conditions. Check that the command you are using can be
carried out under current conditions. Also, check the conveyor board arrival confirmation sensor at the
I/O dsiplay.

Cause: Too much time elapsed waiting for the board to be received on the in conveyor. The board may
have been removed. (I/O 1:ON, 2:OFF, 3:OFF)
The in-conveyor failed to convey a board (or boards) correctly.
Remedy: Check that the board has not become stuck on the conveyor.
Check the in-conveyor width.
Make sure the in-conveyor board sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) correctly detect the presence
of boards on the conveyor. The board gap sensor should be ON when there is no boards, and OFF when a
board is present.
I/O input signals(CP643):
LX003: IN1 board deceleration start point sensor
LX004: IN1 board arrival sensor
LX007: IN1/IN2 board gap sensor
LX008: IN2 board deceleration start point sensor
LX009: IN2 board arrival sensor

Cause: Stopper alarm (I/O 1:OFF, 2:ON, 3:OFF). This is a stopper cycle alarm for the stopper between
each conveyor. This error includes the cases where the sensor is not on for the regulated time during
engagement or disengagement. The sensor that checks that the stopper has moved up (disengaged) or
down (engaged) 5 seconds after it moves up or down does not work.
The in-conveyor mid-stopper engaged, but the engaged limit sensor did not turn ON within the specified
time.
The in-conveyor mid-stopper disengaged, but the disengaged limit sensor did not turn ON within the
specified time.
The in-conveyor mid-stopper engaged and disengaged limit sensors both ON.
Remedy: Check the conditions under which the stopper moves. If there is an interfering object (like a
board), remove it. If there is no interfering object, use the I/O to check the stopper engagement and
disengagement sensor.
Make sure the in-conveyor mid-stopper engages and disengages smoothly.
Make sure the engaged and disengaged limit sensors have been attached at the correct positions.
Make sure the engaged and disengagedlimit sensors (the I/O input signals listed
below) turn ON and OFF.
Make sure the engaged and disengagedlimit sensors (the I/O input signals listed
below) turn ON and OFF correctly when the in-conveyor mid-stopper is engaged and disengaged.
I/O input signals(CP643):
LX005: IN-conveyor mid-stopper engaged(up) limit sensor
LX006: IN-conveyor mid-stopper disengaged(down) limit sensor
