Cause: The "PLM? PX Out Convyr Speed (QP2)" setting (which determines the speed of the board
conveyer PX-axis during board unloading) is outside the valid range. The value for the "?" in the
parameter name indicates the module number.
Remedy: Set a value from 38 to 1000 for the "PLM? PX Out Convyr Speed (QP2)" parameter in the Proper
data.

Cause: The "PLM? PX Red Convyr Speed (QP2)" setting (which determines the speed of the board
conveyer PX-axis during board deceleration) is outside the valid range. The value for the "?" in the
parameter name indicates the module number.
Remedy: Set a value from 5 to 37 for the "PLM? PX Red Convyr Speed (QP2)" parameter in the Proper
data.

Cause: The flux pump controller port number "PLM? Pump SCU Port"(QP2) setting is out of range. "?"
represents the module number.
Remedy: Specify the port number for the flux pump controller in Proper data item, "PLM? Pump SCU
Port"(QP2). Available SCU port numbers are 1-3.

Code: 11022A31
Display: Same as code.
Used by: QP242
Cause: The flux type has been specified at Proper data item, "PLM? Flux Dispence Type".
Remedy: Ensure that Proper data item, "PLM? Flux Dispence Type" (APL/CLT) is set to "0".

Cause: Proper data settings for heat expansion compensation are not correct.
Remedy: Proper data
485:T_MARK Check Interval

487:Thermal Expansion Compensation
488:T_MARK Check PM No.
Ensure these settings are specified correctly.

Code: 11022A33
Display: Same as code.
Used by: QP242
Cause: The module width and supply unit type are not compatible.
Remedy: Check the setting of the following Proper data items ;
PLM? Module Width
PLM? Device Type
"?" represents the module number.

Code: 11022A34
Display: MX/MY-axis tolerance error.
Used by: QP132
Cause: The Proper data for the MX or MY-axis is not correct. The resolution level of the MX and MY-axis
has been changed from V1.43 and later. This error occurs if an unsuitable value is detected in 1 pulse 5
um mode or 1 pulse 2.5 um mode. Specify 2000H at Proper data item "12: Machine Status B" to set the
resolution mode to 5 um. If this setting is not made, a default setting of 2.5 um is used.
Remedy: Correctly set Proper data for the MX and MY-axis. If the version has been upgraded, double the
setting at the Proper data items listed below, and make the required changes to the servo board switch
settings. Refer to the appropriate upgrade report for further details.
141: Mark Read Position MXC
142: Mark Read Position MYC
第 175 页
145: PCB Pickup position MX
146: PCB Landing position MX
147: PCB Landing position MX_FWD
162: Max_Limit_Position_MX
163: Max_Limit_Position_MY
166: Min_Limit_Position_MX
162: Min_Limit_Position_MY
For example, if the item "141: Mark Read Position MXC" is set to "140000", this should be changed
to "280000", and retransmission then performed.
