是否有干涉物、是否有负荷。 1.干涉：存在障碍物（电路板等）时，请除去障碍物。
2.是否动作：请使用Ｉ/Ｏ检查停止块是否动作。可考虑为电气断线，气源配管故障等。
3.传感器是否有输入：存在断线的可能性。请使用Ｉ/Ｏ进行停止块输入确认，停止块解除确认的传感器输入检查。
