Cause: The in-conveyor mid-stopper ON limit sensor failed to switch on. Although the in-conveyor mid-
stopper was switched off, the OFF limit sensor failed to switch on within the prescribed period of time (3
secs.).
Remedy: If this error occurs even though both the stopper ON and OFF limit sensors switch on within the
prescribed period of time, with the stopper operating correctly, check the operation of the sensors (X0C4,
X0C5).

Cause: Although single-board production is in effect, there are 2 boards on the in-lifter. Alternatively,
during double-board production, the X-direction size of the panel on the in-lifter exceeds the prescribed
size.
Remedy: The in-conveyor panel check revealed a panel problem on the in-conveyor. Verify that the
number of panel s on the in-lifter matches the number of panel s designated by the current production
mode (single-board production). If the panel s are being conveyed properly, verify that the sensors (X0AB,
X0AC, X0AE, X0AF) are operating properly. This error may also occur if there is a mid-stopper problem
which results in the panel s not stopping at the stopper position. The panel interval sensor should be on
when a panel is absent, and off when a panel is present.

Cause: The in-carrier 1 panel sensor or the in-carrier 2 panel sensor switched on while the in-carrier was
being advanced after a panel was loaded from the in-lifter to the in-carrier. The in-carrier 1 panel sensor
or the in-carrier 2 panel sensor remained on for 0.5 seconds when the XY-table was at its DOWN limit or
loading position with the in-carrier open at its advance limit position.
Remedy: Check to see if the sensors (X0B1, X0B2) are operating properly.

Cause: The in-lifter UP limit sensor failed to switch on. The in-lifter was lowered but the DOWN limit
sensor failed to switch on within the prescribed time period (3 secs.).
Remedy: Check to see if the in-lifter is operating smoothly. If operation is smooth, but the error still
occurs, check to see if the sensors (X0B5, X0B6) are operating properly.

Remedy: Check to see if the in-carrier is operating smoothly. If operation is smooth, but the error still
occurs, check to see if the sensors (X0B3, X0B4) are operating properly.

Cause: After conveying the panel to the advance limit position with the panel being confirmed by the in-
carrier 1 panel sensor and the in-carrier 2 panel sensor, these sensors both switched off before the panel
could be loaded from the in-carrier to the in-lifter, resulting in a panel absent condition on the in-carrier.
In systems with an in-carrier panel present memory, the panel present/absent status on the in-carrier
was checked, but the in-carrier 1 panel sensor and the in-carrier 2 panel sensor could not verify the
presence of a panel .
Remedy: Check the panel conveyance condition. If there is no panel on the in-carrier, use the in-carrier
unclamp command to open the in-carrier. If this error occurs even though panel s are being conveyed
properly, check to see if the sensors (X0B1, X0B2) are operating properly.
