presence of boards on the conveyor. I/O input signals: LX00E: OUT1 board arrival sensor LX00F: OUT2 board arrival sensor ------------------------------ Code: 15010D02 Display: Board-clamper error:O_CRRY Check board clamp…
Cause: The machine was not able to extend the in-carrier because there is a board on the in-lifter,but it
was not sure whether there is a board clamped in the in-carrier. If the in-carrier has clamped a board with
parts mounted on the reverse side, there may be interference between the board and the one in the in-
lifter.
The machine was not able to retract the in-carrier because there is a board on the in-lifter,and there is
also a board clamped in the extended in-carrier.if the board clamped in the in-carrir has parts mounted
on the reverse side,there may
be interference between this board and the one on the in-lifter.
The machine was not able to retract the in-carrier from a position between the extended limit and the
retracted limit because there is a board on the in-lifter,but it is not sure whether there is a board clamped
in the in-carrier.if the in-carrier has clamped a board with parts mounted on the reverse side, there may be
interference between this board and the one on the in-lifter.
Remedy: Remove any boards from in the in-lifter.
Make sure the in-lifter board arrival sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) detect the presence of
boards in the in-lifter.
I/O input signals:
LX003: IN1 board deceleration start point sensor
LX004: IN1 board arrival sensor
LX007: IN1/IN2 board gap sensor
LX008: IN2 board deceleration start point sensor
LX009: IN2 board arrival sensor
LX017: In-conveyor board load sensor

In-carrier not at extended position.
Used by: CP643,CP643M
Cause: Main conveyor movement for the conveyance of board(s) was terminated because the in-carrier is
out of position.
Remedy: If the in-carrier is at its extended position, check the extended and clamping limit sensors. If the
extended and clamping limit sensors are on, the carrier may be moving too fast and has recoiled out of
position. If the carrier is not at its extended position the movement of the carrier itself may require
adjustment.

Brd status at out-carr not clear Chk brd status
Used by: CP643
Cause: The out-carrier loaded a board (or boards) from the XY-table and unloadeded them to the out-
lifter, but the board status (that is, first or second board presence) detected by the out-conveyor board
sensors was deffernt from the board status that was detected when the boards were loaded from XY-table.
The in-carrier board sensors detected only the second board when the board check was performed. ( For
example, the out-lifter board sensors detected only the second board, even though the out-carrier loaded
both the first board and the second board from the XY-table.)
The out-carrier board sensors detected only the second board when the board check was performed.
Remedy: Make sure the out-carrrier board sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) correctly detect the
presence of boards clamped by the out-carrier.
I/O input signals:
LX038 OUT-carrier 1 board sensor
LX039 OUT-carrier 2 board sensor

Cause: The out-carrier was closed, but the closed sensor did not turn ON within the specified time.
The out-carrier was opened, but the opened sensor did not turn ON within specified time.
The out-carrier opened and closed sensors are both ON.
Remedy: Make sure the out-carrier opens and closes smoothly.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors have been attached at the correct positions.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) turn ON and OFF.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) turn ON and OFF correctly
when the out-carrier is opened and closed.

Cause: An out-carrier board sensor did not confirm a board (that is,the sensor did not turn ON) loaded
onto the out-carrier from the main lifter.
An out-carrier board sensor has turned OFF (indicating that the first or second
board is absent) before the out carrier began retracting, after having indicated
the presence of the board in question when that board was loaded onto the out-carrier from main lifter.
An out-carrier board sensor has turned OFF (indicating that the first or second
board is absent) before the out-carrier began retracting, after having indicated
the presence of the board in question during a board check performed when the out-carrier was at the
extended limit.
Remedy: Adjust the out-carrier board sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) ensuring they correctly
detect the presence of boards clamped by the out-carrier.

The out-carrier was retracted, but the retracted limit sensor did not turn ON within the specified time.
