out-conveyor board pass sensor. Check the X034: OUT_PASS_CHK (out-conveyor board pass check)
signal at the I/O map.

Remedy: 请确认从主搬运轨道上送出的电路板。可认为电路板偏离正常的位置，请除去被认为发生异常的电路板。
请保证电路板能够顺畅地送出到下工序。(NP2,QP3) 1.请确认搬运轨道上电路板是否被卡住了。
2.可认为电路板偏离了正常位置，请除去被认为发生了异常的电路板。
3.请确认搬运轨道间的电路板取入是否能顺畅地进行。

Cause: When the machine was SMEMA compatible, a board was unloaded from the out conveyor, but the
BUSY signal did not turn OFF within the time specified in Proper data's 321.L_send_chk.timer item.
Remedy: Check that the board is not stuck on the conveyor. Increase the time setting in
321.L_send_chk.timer. This change must be saved and transmitted to the machine before it can take
effect.

used, the board did not arrive at the next machine within the given 30 seconds after being unloaded from
the out-conveyor. The board request signal (PCB_REQ) remains on.
Remedy: Check that the board has not been caught up somewhere on the conveyor.

position, move the out-carrier to its advance limit position.

retract the out-carrier from its advance limit position but the open confirmation sensor at the retract limit
side failed to switch off within the prescribed period of time.
Remedy: Check to see if the out-carrier close operation has occurred correctly. Also verify that the out-
carrier close limit sensor is mounted at the correct position.
