Cause: The time required to transport the board between each conveyor exceeded the preset limit. The
appropriate removal setting between conveyors is made (1:ON 2:OFF 3:OFF).
Remedy: Check that there is no board stuck between this point and the previous production stage.

Cause: Stopper alarm. (1:OFF 2:ON 3:OFF) The stopper between each conveyor produced a cycle alarm.
This occurs when the time setting between the leading edge and the leaving edge is not on. After the
stopper moves vertically, the stopper vertical movement check sensor does not activate within 5 seconds to
check the position of the board stopper.
Remedy: Check for obstacles hindering stopper movement. If these obstacles (such as a board) exist,
remove them. If there are no obstacles, check the movement of the stopper at the I/O display, and check
the cancel stopper sensor.

Code: 15010703
Display: Command Error: NEXT
Used by: CP5,GSP5,GP2,GP3,GP551,GP6,IP3
Cause: The operator has attempted to unload or change boards when there is no board. The operator
has attempted to load a board when there is already a board. If there was a board on the conveyor the
machine attempted to load the board. If there was no board, the machine attempted to clear off the board.
Remedy: Use the correct command based on conditions. Check that the command you are using can be
carried out under current conditions. Also, check the conveyor board arrival confirmation sensor at the
I/O dsiplay.

Code: 15010C01
Display: PCB Transport Error:I_CRRY
Brd status at in-carr not clear Chk brd status
Used by: CP643
Cause: The in-carrier loaded a board (or boards) from the in-lifter and conveyed it (or them) to the
extended limit, but the board status (that is, first or second board presence) detected by the in-carrier
board sensors was different from the board status that was detected when the boards were loaded from
the in-lifter. ( For example, the in-carrier board sensors detected only the second board, even though the
in-carrier loaded both the first board and the second board from
the in-lifter.)
The in-carrier board sensors detected only the second board when the board check was performed.
Remedy: Make sure the in-carrrier board sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) correctly detect the
presence of boards clamped by the in-carrier.
I/O input signals:
LX018 IN-carrier 1 board sensor
LX019 IN-carrier 2 board sensor

Code: 15010C02

In-carrier not unclamped
Used by: CP643
Cause: The in-carrier was closed, but the closed sensor did not turn ON within
the specified time.
The in-carrier was opened, but the opened sensor did not turn ON within specified time.
The in-carrier opened and closed sensors are both ON.
Remedy: Make sure the in-carrier opens and closes smoothly.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors have been attached at the correct positions.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) turn ON and OFF.
Make sure the opened and closed sensors (the I/O input signals listed below) turn ON and OFF correctly
when the in-carrier is opened and closed.
I/O input signals:
LX040: IN-carrier left front closed sensor
LX041: IN-carrier left rear closed sensor
LX042: IN-carrier right front closed sensor
LX043: IN-carrier right rear closed sensor
