Code: 12052039
Display: "UP Elevator UP/DOWN timeout"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The UP elevator did not arrive at the upper (or lower) limit within the specified time after an
instruction to move up (or down) was issued. This error will also occur if the lower deceleration position
sensor is on when the elevator has arrived at the upper limit, or if the upper deceleration position sensor
is on when the elevator has arrived at the lower limit.
Remedy: If the elevator has arrived at the upper (or lower) limit, make sure that the upper (or lower) limit
sensor and the upper (or lower) deceleration position sensor are functioning normally. When the elevator
is moving up, the elevator upper limit and upper deceleration position sensors (X082 and X092) should be
off and the lower deceleration position sensor (X093) should be on. When it ismoving down, the lower
limit and lower deceleration position sensors (X083 and X093) should be off and the up er deceleration
position sensor (X092) should be on.
------------------------------
Code: 1205203A
Display: "UP Elevator Interlock ON"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: Either UP elevator pallet passage check sensor 1 (on the IN position side) or UP elevator pallet
passage check sensor 2 (on the PPS6 side) was tripped while the UP elevator was operating.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing UP elevator operation. If there is no obstruction, perform
an I/O check to confirm input from the UP elevator pallet passage check sensors (X085 and X086,
respectively) and adjust as necessary.
------------------------------
Code: 1205203B
Display: "DOWN Elevator UP/DOWN timeout"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The DOWN elevator did not arrive at the upper (or lower) limit within the specified time after an
instruction to move up (or down) was sent.
When the elevator
is moving up, the elevator upper limit and upper deceleration position sensors (X0A2 and X09A) should be
off and the lower deceleration position sensor (X0AB) should be on. When it ismoving down, the lower
limit and lower deceleration position sensors (X0A3 and X0AB) should be off and the up er deceleration
position sensor (X0AA) should be on.
------------------------------
Code: 1205203C
Display: "DOWN Elevator Interlock ON"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: The DOWN elevator pallet passage check sensor was tripped while the UP elevator was operating.
Remedy: Make sure that nothing is obstructing DOWN elevator operation. If there is no obstruction,
perform an I/O check to confirm input from the DOWN elevator pallet passage check sensor (X0A5)
andadjust as necessary.
------------------------------
Code: 1205203D
Display: "Cycle Alarm DF or DR"
Used by: CP652C
Cause: Servo axis DF or DR did not reach the target position within the expected time. This error may be
caused by interference from another object, an excessive load, or an abnormality in a servo system circuit.
第 527 页
Remedy: Remove any interfering objects. Inspect to determine whether a particularly heavy load is being
placed on the servo axis. Inspect the connectors and the power and encoder wiring to the servo motor and
servo amp.Make sure there are no breaks in wires, etc. Check the servo amp for abnormalities.
------------------------------
Code: 1205203E
Display: Cycle alarm initial pressure response
Used by: GP6
Cause: During automatic measurement of the printing pressure, the initial pressure specified in Proper
data("165.Sqg-Pres Start") is applied to the screen. However,in this case, pressure in excess of that
specified in the production program could not be applied(X072:PRESS LO signal is off).
Remedy: Ensure that the cable from the low pressure sensor (I/O signal "X072: PRES LO") has not
become disconnected or is not shorting. It may also be possible that the original air pressure is too low.
In this case check, and if necessary change the electronic pneumatic valve which controls the squeegee
pressure.

Code: 1205203F
Display: Screw axis error.
Used by: QP3
Cause: Screw axis controller error.
Remedy: Check the cause of the error at the parameters.
------------------------------
Code: 12052040
Display: Screw axis error.
Used by: QP3
Cause: Screw axis servo amp error.
Remedy: Check the cause of the error at the parameters.
------------------------------
Code: 12052041
Display: RQ-axis cycle error.
Used by: CP-752E
Cause: RQ-axis movement was not completed within the required time.
Remedy: Adjust the RQ-axis.
------------------------------
Code: 12052042
Display: NZ-axis cycle error.
Used by: CP-752E
Cause: NZ-axis movement was not completed within the required time.
Remedy: Adjust the NZ-axis.
------------------------------
Code: 12052043
Display: PQ-axis cycle error.
Used by: CP-752E
Cause: PQ-axis movement was not completed within the required time.
Remedy: Adjust the PQ-axis.
------------------------------
Code: 12052044
Display: NY-axis cycle error
Used by: CP-8Series
Cause: The NY-axis did not complete its movement within the specified time.
Remedy: Adjust the NY-axis in mechanical check mode.
