Display: Next device data error Used by: QP3 Cause: In the next device loop there is a device that has a different part number. Remedy: Either set shared device to OFF, or if using the shared device function, revise the n…
Following are possible reasons for this condition:- The pins are bent. - A foreign object exists in the placing
area. - The pin holes on the panel are defective (the size or location does not match or holes are blocked
with solder paste.) - The X- and Y-coordinates specified in the program are incorrect. - The Clamp Height,
and Part Height specified in the program are incorrect. - The pin locations specified in element information
in the program are incorrect. - The height offset is incorrect. - The placing thrust pressure is too small. -
The program origin is incorrect. Remedy 2: Check the following if placement was completed correctly and
an error occurred:- The Placing Thrust Pressure is too small. - The value in the "Offset Z" field of part data
is not appropriate. - The placement height in calibration data is not correct.

Code: 12066C1B
Display: STU tray supply timeout
Used by: QP3
Cause: A timeout occurred while supplying a tray on the STU.
Remedy: When using the STU on a PFU, check the tray is not stuck on the tray feeder. When using the
STU on a MFU, check the tray supply connector and tray ejection connector are connected correctly.

Code: 12066C1C
Display: Pick-up position check -- part size error
Used by: QP3
Cause: The part size exceeds the field of view of the camera performing the pick-up position check.
Perform production with the pick-up position check disabled.
Remedy: Cancel the pick-up position check operation.
------------------------------
Code: 12066C1D
Display: Pick-up position check -- shutter speed error
Used by: QP3
Cause: Pick-up position check cannot be performed because the camera shutter speed exceeds the
permissible range. Perform production with the pick-up position check disabled.
Remedy: Cancel the pick-up position check operation, or specify an appropriate shutter speed offset
setting.

Code: 12066C1E
Display: Claw interference check error
Used by: QP3OF
Cause: The machine was stopped due to interference between a claw and feeder/tray at the time of part
pick-up. There is a possibility that an incorrect feeder/tray has been set at the position displayed in the
parameter column.
Remedy: Perform the following checks, and resume production with the correct feeder/tray set in
position.[Check items] *Has the correct feeder/tray been set at the specified position? *In the case of a
tray, is the tray set in the correct direction? *Is the correct tool attached to the holder? *Is the part data
correct? (Part size, clamp width, pick-up angle, part supply direction, tray direction, tool type)

Code: 12066C1F
Display: Unknown part detection
Used by: QP3OF
Cause: An unrecognizable part has been detected during operation.
Remedy: Discard the part at the ∪Part Reject ion" screen.Confirm the part size. If the part is larger than
84 mm it will not fit in the reject parts box.If a part larger than 84 mm is rejected it may interfere with the
machine causing damage.

Display: Next device data error
Used by: QP3
Cause: In the next device loop there is a device that has a different part number.
Remedy: Either set shared device to OFF, or if using the shared device function, revise the next device loop
so that the next device has the same part number.

Code: 12067004
Display: Nozzle ejection error!(NP2,QP3)
Used by: NP132,NP133,NP2,QP3
Cause: Failed to eject the nozzle from the shaft.(NP2,QP3)
Remedy: Remove the nozzle from the shaft and place it in the pocket registered in nozzle
memory.(NP2,QP3)
------------------------------
Code: 12067005
Display: Nozzle attachment error!(NP2,QP3)
Used by: NP132,NP133,NP2,QP3
Cause: Failed to attach the nozzle to the shaft.(NP2,QP3)
Remedy: Check if the nozzle is correctly inserted into the shaft.(NP2,QP3)
------------------------------
Code: 12067008
Display: Part supply unit mismatch error.
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: Part supply unit being used is different from that specified in the production program.
Remedy: Select a production program suitable for the part supply unit being used.
------------------------------
Code: 12067009
Display: Nozzle selection error!
Used by: QP3
Cause: Insufficient nozzles of the required type.
Remedy: The same nozzle is required for all of the holders. Insert additional nozzles of the required type
info the nozzle station, or change the sequence order so that the same nozzle is not required
simultaneously.
------------------------------
Code: 12067024
Display: Cannot perform automatic pickup point offset
Used by: NP133,NP134,NP153
Cause: The pickup point falls outside the software limit if automatic offsetting is performed. It is likely
that the part is incorrectly positioned.
Remedy: Check the condition of the feeder. Clear the automatic pickup point offset when rebooting.

Code: 12067025
Display: Failed to reset servo amp.
Used by: NP133,NP134,NP153
Cause: Failed to clear servo amp error.
Remedy: Press the RESET button again.

Code: 1206703?
Display: Nozzle damage has been detected on head 1.
Used by: NP133,NP134,NP153
Cause: The nozzle bend check sensor at head 1, 13ST has detected a nozzle error. The question mark (?)
indicates the nozzle position. If (?) is 0 then the error is on shaft A, if 1 then shaft B, if F then shaft P, etc.
Remedy: Replace the nozzle, either manually or using the nozzle change command.

Code: 1206704?
Display: Nozzle damage has been detected on head 2.
Used by: NP133,NP134,NP153
Cause: The nozzle bend check sensor at head 2, 13ST has detected a nozzle error. The question mark (?)
indicates the nozzle position. If (?) is 0 then the error is on shaft A, if 1 then shaft B, if F then shaft P, etc.
Remedy: Replace the nozzle, either manually or using the nozzle change command.

Code: 12067050
Display: Oil cooler error.
Used by: CP-732E, CP-742ME, CP-742E, CP-752E
Cause: An oil temperature error was detected by the oil cooler.
Remedy: Check the oil level in the oil cooler. If this error occurs even though the oil level is as prescribed,
there may be an oil cooler failure.

Code: 12067051
Display: Cam-axis motor fan error.
Used by: CP-732E, CP-742ME, CP-742E, CP-752E
Cause: The cooling fan for the cam-axis motor is not operating. Alternatively, it is not running at the
prescribed speed (rpm).
Remedy: If the fan is stopped, there may be a wiring problem or a motor failure. If this error occurs even
though the fan is running, check to see if the fan is soiled. If badly soiled, clean the fan.
