remove the obstacle. If not, perform an I/O check to make sure the stopper ON and OFF check sensors
are functioning normally.

Cause: A board got caught while being loaded onto the in-conveyor, causing this alarm. After a board
was unloaded from the in-conveyor, it did not arrive at the main conveyor within the preset time limit.
When MCID is being used, this code can occur after the MCID conveyor and the in-conveyor (GSP). When
a board was sent to the main conveyor from the in-conveyor, it was stopped en route. Alternately, the
borad detection sensors at the in-conveyor or the main conveyor are not working correctly (the in sensor is
on or the main sensor is off).
Remedy: Check that the board is not stuck on the conveyor. If the machine thinks that the board has
been moved from its correct position, remove that board.

off, and check the input conditions at IN5-19 IN_STOPPER_SW.
