Remedy: Check the mark data and the Part data. When the machine has difficulty scanning fiducial

marks, check for problems such as the following: inappropriate mark data settings in the production

program; malformation or soiling of fiducial marks on the board; a board clamped in an abnormal

manner; or hardware problems affecting the CCD board, camera, cables, etc.
