Cause: The squeegee holder on the S-axis may collide with another part. This error occurs if an attempt
is made to move the S-axis when the squeegee holder is down.
Remedy: Raise the squeegee holder. Alternatively, check the on/off status of the squeegee holder's
raised/lowered position sensors.

or are interfering with each other. This error occurs when an attempt is made to move the S-axis while

Remedy: Open the cleaner head (set Y020:LW CLNR OPEN or Y021:TP CLNR OPEN to 0). If necessary,
make sure that the lower and upper cleaner head open limit check sensors (X05A:LW CLR OPN CHK and
X07C:TP CLR OPN CHK) are functioning normally.

Remedy: Move the top cleaner to its origin position (GP-5). Disengage the cleaner's notch (GP-6).
Alternatively, check the on/off status of the top cleaner's origin position sensor (GP-5) or the lower
cleaner's joining sensor (GP-6).

Remedy: Use [HEAD REMOVAL] on command page 553-2(3) to disconnect the cleaner from the drive axis
(the Y-axis for a double-side cleaner, or the S-axis for a single-side cleaner). If necessary, make sure that
the lower cleaner connection check sensor and the cleaner connection position proximity check sensor
(X05D:LW CLR CPL CHK and X03E:CLNR NEAR CHK) are functioning normally.
