Remedy: Make sure the servo axes are not overloaded. Inspect the connectors and wiring for motors and

servo amps. Press the thermal relay's reset button to cancel the error.

Cause: There is a sensor error at station 2, large part check.

This could be caused by misalignment of the light beam in the sensor, a broken wire leading to the sensor

part that emits the beam, or the entire sensor itself may be malfunctioning.

Remedy: If there is a problem with the alignment of the light beam, adjust the beam. If there is a problem

with the part of the sensor that emits the light beam, after determining the cause of the error, replace the

sensor, rewire the sensor, etc.

Additionally, check station 2 to verify that a part has been picked up, and examine the device feeder.
