Used by: IP1,IP2
Cause: The rejected parts conveyor belts has too many parts on it, the sensor is on, and more parts
cannot be rejected.
Remedy: Remove the parts from the conveyor (IP). Also, adjust the sensor position and sensitivity.
------------------------------
Code: 12062002
Display: RESCAN ERROR
Used by: IP1,IP2
Cause: Rescanning was done 3 times but the part was still not at the angle specified in Part data.
Remedy: Check the part supply, and check Part data.
------------------------------
Code: 12062003
Display: Sub Nozzle
Used by: IP1
Cause: The sub-nozzle moved down while the sub-robot was in motion (IP).
Remedy: Check the air pressure and the sub-nozzle's raised position.
------------------------------
Code: 12062004
Display: Please use new NOZZLE CHANGE
Used by:
Cause: This occurs on versions using v2.30 and later ROM chips during nozzle change (IP). Nozzle
change on these versions are not supported.
Remedy: Use the new type. Refer to the "Appendix, Part 1.2" 69 : Machine Status B of the IP manual.
------------------------------
Code: 12062005
Display: Error L(R) Tray original
Used by: IP1
Cause: The I/O setting RT_READY/LT_READY is off(IP, IP2).
Remedy: Inch the tray to the sensor where the sensor should be on and check the I/O display.
Alternately, with the servo lock cancelled, and the SX zero setting dog sensor and SX Interference check
dog sensor on, press [UNIT] and [D] to return to the original position. Note that when the dog has been
removed, and the tray is down below the point where it would be after zero setting, do not use the [D]
command key.
------------------------------
Code: 12062006
Display: Error: Sub Robot original
Used by: IP1
Cause: The sub-robot is not in its original position (IP, IP2).
Remedy: Inch the sub-robot to its original position. This is the position where the SX zero setting dog
sensor and SX Interference check dog sensor are on.

Tray drawer not set IP2
Used by: IP1
Cause: The tray drawer is open.
Remedy: Either the left or right tray set sensor is on. Close the tray drawers by hand.
------------------------------
Code: 12062008
Display: No Nozzle(IP,IP2)
Nozzle selection error!(NP2,QP3)
Used by: IP1,IP2,NP2,QP3
Cause: There is no nozzle in the position from which nozzle change is to be carried out (IP, IP2).
The required nozzle is not present in the nozzle station.(NP2,QP3)
Remedy: Set a nozzle in that position. Alternately, check the sensor sensitivity level.
Check the production program and nozzle memory.(NP2,QP3)
------------------------------
Code: 12062009
Display: Error: Duplex Nozzle
Used by: IP1,IP2
Cause: The operator has attempted to eject the nozzle, but there is already a nozzle at the place where
the nozzle was to have been ejected (IP, IP2).
Remedy: When the machine memory does not match actual conditions, either change the nozzle by hand
or perform a nozzle check. When there is no nozzle in the position in question, adjust the sensor.
------------------------------
Code: 1206200A
Display:
Used by: IP1
Cause: Not in use. The original 1206200A message has been moved to 1206200C.
Remedy: None.
------------------------------
Code: 1206200B
Display: Check Nozzle
Used by: IP2
Cause: When performing zero setting, the nozzle in the machine memory has been placed onto the block
(IP). Both the L and LL nozzles are not at their nozzle stations, and after nozzle check the nozzle cannot
be cancelled (IP2).
Remedy: Check the sensors at the nozzle stations. If the nozzle has not been picked, perform a nozzle
check (IP). Place the nozzles at the nozzle station (IP2).
------------------------------
Code: 1206200C
Display: NOZZLE SIZE CHECK ERROR
Used by: IP1
Cause: During nozzle check an irrelevant nozzle has been indicated.
Remedy: Adjust the sensor, and perform nozzle check.
------------------------------
Code: 1206200D
Display: NOZZLE CHECK ERROR
Used by: IP1,IP3
Cause: An error occurs in the middle of nozzle check.
Remedy: Perform nozzle check again.
------------------------------
Code: 1206200E
Display: Nozzle Change error
第 608 页
Used by: IP1,IP2,IP3
Cause: Even though the nozzle has not been removed from the station, the nozzle check sensor is not on.
Alternately, the sensor is on for a position in which there is a nozzle in machine memory. When changing
nozzles, the target nozzle is not at the nozzle station.
Remedy: Adjust the sensitivity of the LLN_ORIGIN, LN_ORIGIN, MN_ORIGIN and _SN_ORIGIN sensors.
Alternately, the correct clamp was not used. Check the clamp. Check whether all the nozzles specified in
the production program are all there, and check that the nozzles specified in the program are correct.
------------------------------
Code: 1206200F
Display: Move Nozzle to original point
Used by: IP1
Cause: According to the machine memory a nozzle has not been picked up, but the nozzles are not all
back in their original positions. Alternately, the nozzle has been picked in machine memory but is in
reality not picked up.
Remedy: Remove the nozzle by hand, so that the reality is the same as indicated in the STATUS heading
in the 1st display area. Alternately, press the [NOZZLE COMMAND] function key. To remove the nozzle,
put the I/O setting CHUCK_RELEASE to on, and the nozzle can be removed. Take care not to drop the
nozzle when removing it by hand. To place the nozzle back into its original position, set the I/O setting
NOZZLE_SHUTTER to ON to open the shutters, and OFF to close them.

Cause: When the Y axis can be inched, and the conveyor notch, loader stopper or reference pin is on,
there is a problem with inching.
Remedy: Turn off the above switches at the I/O board. Except for Y axis inching, this error does not
affect normal operation.
------------------------------
Code: 12062011

removed.
Remedy: Check the nozzle left/right edge sensor.
------------------------------
Code: 12062012
Display: CHECK Z
Used by: IP1,IP3
Cause: The Z axis is less than 5 mm over the upper surface of the board (Z0). This could cause
interference in the Y and other axes, so inching cannot be carried out.
Remedy: Inch the Z axis up.
------------------------------
Code: 12062013
Display: CHECK NOZZLE STATION
Used by:
Cause: The nozzle station has shifted to the right. This interferes with Y axis movement, so inching
cannot be carried out.
Remedy: Return the nozzle station to the left. This error applies only to the IP1 shift station.
