out-conveyor board pass sensor. Check the X034: OUT_PASS_CHK (out-conveyor board pass check)

signal at the I/O map.

Cause: 在从主搬运轨道上排出电路板中，发生了电路板被卡住等的异常。主搬运轨道在排出电路板后，在预定时间

内没有到达下工序。或者，主搬运轨道的电路板确认传感器一直为ＯＮ。

在从通过确认点到下工序的之间发生了电路板送出超时。(NP2,QP3) 在主搬运轨道排出电路板之后的预定时间

内，电路板没有到达送出搬运轨道。 (GPX)

Remedy: 请确认从主搬运轨道上送出的电路板。可认为电路板偏离正常的位置，请除去被认为发生异常的电路板。

请保证电路板能够顺畅地送出到下工序。(NP2,QP3) 1.请确认搬运轨道上电路板是否被卡住了。

2.可认为电路板偏离了正常位置，请除去被认为发生了异常的电路板。

3.请确认搬运轨道间的电路板取入是否能顺畅地进行。

Cause: When the machine was SMEMA compatible, a board was unloaded from the out conveyor, but the

BUSY signal did not turn OFF within the time specified in Proper data's 321.L_send_chk.timer item.

Remedy: Check that the board is not stuck on the conveyor. Increase the time setting in

321.L_send_chk.timer. This change must be saved and transmitted to the machine before it can take

effect.

Cause: The board has been unloaded from the main-conveyor but, the board-arrival sensor on the out-

used, the board did not arrive at the next machine within the given 30 seconds after being unloaded from

the out-conveyor. The board request signal (PCB_REQ) remains on.

Remedy: Check that the board has not been caught up somewhere on the conveyor.

from the pallet unloader has not arrived at the out-conveyor in the given time. X060: OUT ARRV CHK

does not come on (QP132).

Remedy: Check that the board has not been caught up somewhere on the conveyor.
