Cause: The out-carrier panel sensors 1 and 2 (X0CC, X0CD) failed to switch on even though 2 panel s

were loaded from the XY-table. In systems with a panel present memory, the panel present/absent status

on the out-carrier was checked, but the out-carrier 1 panel sensor and the out-carrier 2 panel sensor

could not verify the presence of a panel .

Remedy: Check the panel conveyance condition. If there is no panel on the out-carrier, use the out-

carrier unclamp command to open the out-carrier. If this error occurs even though panel s are being

conveyed properly, check to see if the sensor is operating correctly.

Cause: The out-lifter UP and DOWN limit sensors are both off.

Remedy: Move the out-lifter to either the UP or DOWN limit position, and if the error still occurs, readjust

the sensor mounting position. If the sensor still fails to switch on even after adjusting its mounting

position, there may be a sensor wiring problem or a sensor failure.

correct, check to see if the interval sensor is operating correctly. This sensor should be on when no panel

is detected.

Cause: Error occurred during panel conveyance at the out-conveyor. After panel conveyance was

started, the panel failed to arrive at the out-conveyor's panel arrival sensor (X0CB) position within the

prescribed period of time.

Remedy: Check to see if the panel is stuck. If so, adjust the conveyor width to accommodate the panel .

If this error occurs even though the panel has in fact arrived, check the sensor operation.

Remedy: 请调整下工序的搬运轨道宽度，以保证电路板能够传送。

如果不打开前门进行有无电路板的确认，就不能解除错误。(GPX)

Cause: The out-conveyor mid-stopper ON limit sensor failed to switch on. Although the out-conveyor

mid-stopper was switched off, the OFF limit sensor failed to switch on within the prescribed period of time

(3 secs.).

Remedy: If this error occurs even though both the stopper ON and OFF limit sensors switch on within the

prescribed period of time, with the stopper operating correctly, check the operation of the sensors (X0C4,

X0C5).

Cause: A panel conveyance problem on the out-conveyor is preventing proper panel conveyance. During

single-board production, 2 boards were unloaded from the out-carrier. Alternatively, during double-board

production, there was no interval between the panel s unloaded from the out-carrier (Out 1, Out 2 panel

interval sensors are off).

Remedy: Verify that the number of panel s on the out-lifter matches the number of panel s designated by

the current production mode (single or double board production). If the panel s are being conveyed

properly, verify that the sensors (X0C7, X0C9, X0CA) are operating properly. This error may also occur if

there is a mid-stopper problem which results in the panel s not stopping at the stopper position. The

panel interval sensor should be on when a panel is absent, and off when a panel is present.

position with the out-carrier open at its advance limit position.

Remedy: Check to see if the sensors (X0CC, X0CD) are operating properly.

Cause: The out-lifter UP limit sensor failed to switch on. The out-lifter was lowered but the DOWN limit

Remedy: Check to see if the out-lifter is operating smoothly. If operation is smooth, but the error still

occurs, check to see if the sensors (X0D0, X0D1) are operating properly.

Cause: The out-lifter advance limit sensor failed to switch on. The out-carrier was retracted but the

retract limit sensor failed to switch on within the prescribed time period (8 secs.).

Remedy: Check to see if the out-carrier is operating smoothly. If operation is smooth, but the error still

occurs, check to see if the sensors (X0CE, X0CF) are operating properly.
