advance pickup number via the numerical input pad. If this is not entered, the tray will be unloaded
again. See the IP1 manual for more details.
------------------------------
Code: 12044002
Display: Please check carrier
Used by: IP1
Cause: The subrobot has set the part on the carrier, but the part detection sensor is not on. Alternately,
the sensor is on even if there are no parts (IP).
Remedy: Remove parts from the carrier. Check and adjust the sensor. If these parts are not removed
they will be considered to be defective and therefore rejected when the start button is pressed. These
parts are considered to be defective for reasons such as when the sequence number has been changed
through the command functions, if a first pin check error occurs, if the program has been changed.
------------------------------
Code: 12044003
Display: "Sub nozzle parts set error" (IP)
Used by: IP1
Cause: The subrobot nozzle's component check sensor is still reading on even though the subrobot
should already have placed the component on the subrobot.
Remedy: If subrobot nozzle is not holding a component, adjust the subrobot nozzle's vacuum (component
check) sensor. If the subrobot nozzle is holding a component, the subrobot chuck vacuum braking
pressure may be low. Make sure that the tube is not clogged or punctured.
------------------------------
Code: 12044004
Display: "CHECK REMOVE_CHECK SENSOR" (IP)
Used by: IP1
Cause: The tray removal sensor (IN3-24 REMOVE_CHECK) has been tripped before the tray was
removed.
Remedy: Remove the object that is triggering the sensor, or adjust the sensor beam alignment.
------------------------------
Code: 12044101
Display: XY-axis travel error!
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: A travel error occurred for the XY-axis during the un/docking of the remover.
Remedy: Check for interference with the XY-axis.
------------------------------
Code: 12044102
Display: Z-axis travel error!
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: A travel error occurred for the Z-axis during the un/docking of the remover.
Remedy: Check for displacement between the robot and the lifter.
------------------------------
Code: 12044103
Display: Z-axis travel error!
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: A travel error occurred for the Z-axis during the un/docking preparation of the remover.
Remedy: Check for displacement between the robot and the lifter.

Code: 12044105
Display: XY-axis travel error!
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: A travel error occurred for the Y-axis during movement to the empty-tray pick-up position.
Remedy: Check for interference with the Y-axis.
------------------------------
Code: 12044106
Display: Z-axis travel error!
Used by: NP2,QP3
Cause: A travel error occurred for the Z-axis during movement to the empty-tray pick-up position.
Remedy: Check for interference with the Z-axis.

Code: 12046001
Display: Plt ID Battery Check
Used by:
Cause: There is no response from the ID card on the UP lifter.
Remedy: Replace the ID card battery, or the ID card itself.
------------------------------
Code: 12046002
Display: Pallet ID Read Error
Used by: CP5
Cause: The ID on the pallet on the UP lifter could not be read.
Remedy: Check that the ID reading location has not moved. Alternately, replace the ID card.

Code: 1204A001
Display: VF Comp Er (*) D No. ***
Used by:
Cause: The measurement results are too small.
Remedy: Check whether the part has been set correctly. Alternately, the part is defective.
------------------------------
Code: 1204A002
Display: VF Comp Er (*) D No. ***
Used by:
Cause: The measurement results are too large.
Remedy: Check whether the part has been set correctly. Alternately, the part is defective.

Display: IC Direction ERROR D***
Used by: IP1,IP2,IP3
Cause: The results of the first pin check are that the part is not oriented correctly and the operation has
been cancelled.
Remedy: Check the orientation of the part. Also, check that the check area set in Part data, and the CCD
level is correctly set. Note: D** in the display refers to the device number.
------------------------------
Code: 1204A102
Display: Orientation check error!
Used by: QP301
Cause: The tray supply direction may be incorrect.
Remedy: Check the tray supply direction.

Cause: With the cam at 100 deg. the axis check (I, X, Y, D axes) could not be finished in the allotted
time. Because of this, when the part is at station 5 it is impossible to determine whether or not the part
can be placed without an error. Therefore, the part is rejected, and recovery is carried out.
Remedy: If this error occurs often, servo adjustment is necessary. Contact Fuji.

Used by:
Cause: The 100 deg. rough position check for the X and Y axes could not be performed at the machine
within the preset time. Therefore, when the part was at station 5 there was no guarantee that it would be
placed correctly, so the part was rejected and recovery carried out.
Remedy: If this error happens frequently, the servos need adjusment. Contact Fuji.
