Code: 12040205
Display: Part dropped
Used by: QP3
Cause: Picked part has dropped.
Remedy: Check vacuum pressure of relevant nozzle and part pickup check sensor status.

Cause: With the cam at 100 deg. the D axis check could not be finished in the allotted time. Because of
this, when the part is at station 5 it is impossible to determine whether or not the part can be placed
without an error. Therefore, the part is rejected, and recovery is carried out.
Remedy: If this error occurs often, servo adjustment is necessary. Contact Fuji.

Code: 12040301
Display: "VACUUM ERROR D??" (IP), "No component on tray" (IP2)
Used by: IP1,IP2
Cause: No component was found at the tray pickup point, or the sensitivity of the tray positioning
sensors require adjustment.
Remedy: Supply the tray with components, then have the machine pick up a component at the pickup
point in question. Adjust the sensors if necessary.
------------------------------
Code: 12040302
Display: "VACUUM ERROR CARRIER" (IP), "Carrier sensor NG" (IP2)
Used by: IP1,IP2,IP3
Cause: The machine cannot pick up the component on the carrier, or the carrier sensor is on even
though the part should have been mounted normally.
Remedy: This error may occur when an incorrect value is set for the component thickness in the Part
data, or when the component is set on the subrobot at the wrong position (due to a tray coordinate error
in the Part data, etc.). Manually place the component on the center of the carrier, then press the RESET
and START buttons. If the machine cannot pickup the part, either try again or manually remove the
component and then press the RESET and START buttons.

Pick-up error!(NP2,QP3)
Used by: IP2,IP3,NP2,QP3
Cause: The machine has determined that a component was not picked up as the result of vision
processing. The machine has been unable to pick up the same component from a tape feeder after
performingthe maximum number of recoveries.
A part detection error occurred during pick-up.(NP2,QP3)
Remedy: Adjust the tape feeder. If the machine has determined that a component wasn't picked up even
though it was, or if this error has failed to occur even though a component was picked up, eitherthe CCD

level setting or the nozzle diameter setting in the Proper data may be incorrect. Check the values of these
settings.
Check the setting condition of the power feeders. Check for alien matter between the mechanical and
electrical contacts.(NP2,QP3)

Code: 12040304
Display: Part pick-up confirmation error!
Used by: QP3,NP1
Cause: Failed to pick up the part.
Remedy: Check the condition of the feeders.

Cause: It was impossible for parts to pick that occurred the no-parts.
Remedy: Please try doing the device-check.

Cause: 吸取元件失败。
Remedy: 请确认是否料尽。
吸取元件时,请确认吸嘴是否吸到元件。
请用IO检查,确认在吸住元件的状态下X015处于ON。

Code: 12040401
Display: "Pickup error" (CP5)
Used by: CP4-1,CP4-2,CP4-3,CP5
Cause: A sensor check of a small component has indicated that the nozzle is not holding a component
even though there are components in the tape feeder.
Remedy: Check for deterioration in the manner in which the component is picked up. If necessary, adjust
the component check sensor.
------------------------------
Code: 12040402
Display: "CHECK TAPE FEEDER" (CP3), "D*** pickup error" (CP4), "Can't process
D***" (CP5), "Check D***" (CP6). The value replacing the "***" is the device number.
Used by: CP3,CP5,CP6,CP6M,CP65,CP652C,CP642,CP643
Cause: The 1st robot was unable to pickup a large component (on the CP3). Otherwise, a sensor check
of a large component has indicated that the nozzle is not holding a component even though there are
components in the tape feeder.
Remedy: Check for deterioration in the manner in which the component is picked up. If necessary, adjust
the component check sensor. On the CP3, inspect the tape feeder and the component pickup check
sensor on the 1st robot. On the CP6, check the manner in which the component is picked up and
determine whether the device offset values are appropriate.

Used by: CP4-1,CP4-2,CP4-3,CP65,CP642,CP643
Cause: The results of component vision processing indicate a compensation amount exceeding [p/m]30
mm ([p/m]3 mm for the CP6) in the X direction.
Remedy: Check the manner in which the component is picked up, and make sure that the device offset
value is appropriate.

Cause: An abnormality in communication with the vision processor has occurred during vision
processing.
Remedy: Turn off the machine, then restart it. Contact Fuji if this error occurs frequently.

Code: 12040408
Display: Same as code
Used by: IP1
Cause: In the case of a tape feeder on the IP1, a subrobot nozzle pickup error has occurred. The
subrobot nozzle has failed to pick up a component.
Remedy: Have the machine try to pick up the component again. Inspect the tape feeder.

Used by: CP4-1,CP4-2,CP4-3,CP6,CP6M,CP65,CP652C,CP642,CP643,NP132,NP133
Cause: The amount of offset in the X direction between the body center and the nozzle center specified in
the part data item, "Pickup_x" in "Tolerance_information" has been exceeded.
Remedy: Check the way the part is picked up or check the validity of the device offset value.
