传感器的之间停止了。
在减速开始点到确认传感器的之间发生了电路板载入超时。(NP2,QP3) 在前工序排出电路板之后的预定时间内
,电路板没有到达主搬运轨道。(GPX)
Remedy: 请通过I/O进行载入侧搬运轨道电路板到达确认(X041:IN ARRV CHK)或载入侧搬运轨道减速开始点
(X040:IN DECEL PNT)的动作确认及调整。
请保证电路板搬运能够顺畅地进行。(NP2,QP3) 1.请确认搬运轨道上电路板是否被卡住了。
2.可认为电路板偏离了正常位置,请除去被认为发生了异常的电路板。
3.请确认搬运轨道间的电路板取入是否能顺畅地进行。
3-1.搬运轨道宽度的再调整
3-2.搬运轨道搬入高度的再调整
4.电路板重(请与本公司的Support联系)
5.电路板薄导致被夹入在搬运轨道皮带和轨道之间(请与本公司的Support联系)

从前道工序到PREV-IN换乘传感器为止电路板没到达。(NXTP)
Remedy: 请确认电路板的挂住·落下,确认传感器灵敏度。
请确认从前道工序排出的电路板是否顺畅地进行。(QP3)
1.请确认搬运轨道间的电路板载入侧是否顺畅。(NXTP)
2.请确认IN到达传感器(RX04A)是否能正常检测电路板。(NXTP)

the in-carrier to its advance limit position.

Cause: Following a panel request during a SMEMA specification operation, the panel failed to reach the
in-conveyor panel loading confirmation sensor (X0B0) position within the prescribed time period.
Remedy: Check to see if the panel is stopped on the in-conveyor. If the panel is stuck, readjust the
conveyor width to accommodate the panel .

Cause: The in-conveyor's first panel deceleration sensor (X0AB) failed to detect the panel within the

sensor (X0B0) position. Alternatively, the in-conveyor's first panel sensor (X0AC) switched on before the
in-conveyor's first panel deceleration sensor switched on.
Remedy: Check the panel conveyance condition, and verify that the in-conveyor's first panel deceleration
sensor is operating correctly. Also check to see if the in-conveyor's first panel sensor is detecting
something other than the panel.

mounting position of the interval confirmation sensor (X0AF) if necessary. If this error occurs when both
the interval setting data and the sensor mounting position are correct, check to see if the interval
confirmation sensor is operating correctly. This sensor should be on when no panel is detected.

fail to switch on, there may be a sensor wiring problem or a sensor failure.
