Cause: The XY-table loading height sensor (X05C) is not operating properly. This sensor fails to switch

axis is not at the middle loading position +/-500 pulses.
Remedy: Adjust the mounting position of the XY-table loading height sensor (X05C).

内，电路板没有到达送出搬运轨道。 (GPX)
Remedy: 请确认从主搬运轨道上送出的电路板。可认为电路板偏离正常的位置，请除去被认为发生异常的电路板。
请保证电路板能够顺畅地送出到下工序。(NP2,QP3) 1.请确认搬运轨道上电路板是否被卡住了。
2.可认为电路板偏离了正常位置，请除去被认为发生了异常的电路板。
3.请确认搬运轨道间的电路板取入是否能顺畅地进行。
