Cause: A panel conveyance problem on the out-conveyor is preventing proper panel conveyance. During
single-board production, 2 boards were unloaded from the out-carrier. Alternatively, during double-board
production, there was no interval between the panel s unloaded from the out-carrier (Out 1, Out 2 panel
interval sensors are off).
Remedy: Verify that the number of panel s on the out-lifter matches the number of panel s designated by
the current production mode (single or double board production). If the panel s are being conveyed
properly, verify that the sensors (X0C7, X0C9, X0CA) are operating properly. This error may also occur if
there is a mid-stopper problem which results in the panel s not stopping at the stopper position. The
panel interval sensor should be on when a panel is absent, and off when a panel is present.

position with the out-carrier open at its advance limit position.

occurs, check to see if the sensors (X0D0, X0D1) are operating properly.

(2)The in-carrier is at its advance limit position, and a panel is clamped (in-lifter panel sensor detects a
panel ).
(3)In-carrier is at its retract limit position, and a panel absent status cannot be confirmed on the in-
carrier.

(4)Because the in-carrier is at neither the advance limit nor the retract limit position, a panel absent
status cannot be confirmed on the in-carrier.
Loading to the out-lifter is not possible. Although an out-lifter loading command (out-carrier panel is
unloaded to the out-lifter) was executed, the out-loader is disabled due to one of the following 4
conditions:
(1)There is a panel on the out-conveyor (out-conveyor panel sensor has detected a panel ).
(2)The out-carrier is at its advance limit position, and the panel cannot be clamped (out-carrier panel
sensor detects no panel ).
(3)The out-carrier is at its retract limit position, and a panel present status cannot be confirmed on the
out-carrier.
(4)Because the out-carrier is at neither the advance limit nor the retract limit position, a panel present
status cannot be confirmed on the out-carrier.
