Cause: The Vision_type in part data is expressed using hexadecimal notation ("??"). If "??" equal 8D or

unusual internal error. Contact your Fuji service representative if this error occurs.

Cause: The Vision_type in part data is expressed using hexadecimal notation ("??"). If "??" equal 8D or
8E then processing is not possible because the space between bumps is too narrow.
Remedy: If "??" equal 8D or 8E then use a bump array where the distance between the bumps (leads) is
1/6 or more of the average vertical and horizontal body size.

Cause: ?? is the PD Vision_type in hexadecimal numbers. If ?? = 64, 69, 78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, or 7F ,the
coarse position cannot be determined. If ?? = 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 88, 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, EC, 98,
or 9D, less than half the specified leads were found. If ?? = 99, part cannot be found.
Remedy: If ?? = 64, 69, 78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, or 7F ,check that there is no problem with image brightness,
and check that there is no problem with a dirty background. If ?? = 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 88, 8C,
E6, E7, E9, EB, EC, 98, or 9D, check for errors in the part data. In particular, check the lead size data. If
?? = 99, the part which should be detected cannot be found. Check to see if the part appears on the
image display.

87, 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, EC, 98, or 9D fewer than half of the leads specified in part data could be found. If
"??" equal 8D or 8E then part position cannot be determined because fewer than 2 bumps were found.
Remedy: If ?? is 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, EC, 98, or 9D check the part data,
especially the number of leads and the lead size. If "??" equal 8D or 8E then check the part data. Also
check to see if the bump sizes are correct. Or, increase the bump size tolerance value.

78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, 7F, 96, 97, 99, 9B, 9C, 9E or F0 this signifies that the segments such as the leads
that should have been measured do not exist.
Remedy: In this case the Result data item in EL_data of part data was set to "0" for all of the elements.
Set the Result data item to "1" for all measured segments.

78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, 7F, 96, 97, 99, 9B, 9C, 9E, A0, AA, or F0 this indicates that lead inspection could not
be carried out. If "??" equals 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 88, or 98 then the input parameters are incorrect.
If "??" equals 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, or EC this signifies that the part angle was not found. If "??" equal B4
excessive mismatch between data and actual part was found.
Remedy: If "??" equals 64, 69, 78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, 7F, 96, 97, 99, 9B, 9C, 9E, A0, AA or F0 then the lead
inspection has failed for some reason. Make sure that there are no mistakes in the EL_data in part data.
If "??" equals 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 88, or 98 this is an internal error that normally does not occur.
If it does occur contact Fuji. If "??" equals 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, or EC then too many leads were not found
making it impossible to determine the angle. Make sure that the part data is correct and in particular
check the size of the leads. If "??" equal B4 check for errors in the part data. In particular, check lead
information.

78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, 7F, 96, 97, 99, 9B, 9C, 9E, A0, or F0 this indicates that there was no inspected
segment for determining the X-dimension of the part position. If "??" equals 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87,
88, 98, or 9D then the correct part angle was not found. If "??" equals 8C, E6, E7, E9, EB, or EC this
indicates that the part positioning phase could not be carried out. If "??" 8D or 8E equals coarse
positioning cannot be performed.
Remedy: If "??" equals 64, 69, 78, 79, 7A, 7D, 7E, 7F, 96, 97, 99, 9B, 9C, 9E, A0, or F0 this means that
the inspection of leads has failed for some reason. Leads could not be found for the X-dimension
inspection results to be used for part positioning. Make sure that the data set in P_pattern in part data is
appropriate. If "??" equals 7B, 7C, 80, 81, 82, 83, 87, 88, 98, or 9D then make sure that the part data is
correct and in particular that the lead size setting matches the actual size of the leads. If "??" equals 8C,
E6, E7, E9, EB, or EC then the external ow of leads could not be detected. Check the part data and if the

part data is correct then make sure there is not too much displacement in the part pickup status. If "??"
equals 8D or 8E Check for the following:
o Part protruding from the camera's field of vision.
o Image brightness problem.
o Image problem caused by dust, etc., on the part background.

the Check_limit setting in part data. f "??" equals 98 or 9D then make sure the part data is correct. In
particular verify that the lead size has been input correctly.
