13.2.1 Source Location Empty during Transfer – Empty Retrieve
13.2.1.1 The Host issues a TRANSFER command to the SC to transfer a carrier from an input port to a storage
location. When the stocker attempts to pick up the carrier at the input port, it finds that the source location is empty.
