7.2.14.5.4 ParameterType — This global complexType is the XML Schema representation of the SEMI E125
Parameter class.
7.2.14.5.4.1 Type information for a Parameter is referenced using a “TypeDefinitionRef” element whose value must
be equal to a valid ParameterTypeDefinition returned via the “GetTypeDefinitions” operation.
7.2.14.5.4.2 Parameter classification is modeled using a choice compositor to select one and only one of the three
possible subclasses of the SEMI E125 ReadOnly and ReadWrite classes (Control, Configuration, or Data).
